Picture on the website doesn't match the actual product.
We ordered these notebooks as a gift for our church's 1st anniversary event. The picture on the website does NOT match the product we received. The picture shows white paper, and the product we received has brown paper. After contacting AnyPromo immediately after receiving the product, it took me chasing them for over a week and a half (and close to a dozen phone calls and emails) to get them to finally acknowledge that brown paper is the "updated" version of the product. They offered a 50% discount, which I reluctantly took. I wish they would have refunded the entire expense, because now I'm stuck with 100 notebooks that I would not have ordered if I'd known what I was getting. It was suggested that I purchase a sample on future orders to ensure that the product matches the online description. Why should I have to police how accurate their description and pictures are? Now, it's too late for me to order what I wanted and guarantee that it will arrive in time for our event.
