Good Art Work department, and great customer support. Thanks to Rebeca Chavarria who communicated about the artwork and made sure that it was prepared to my satisfaction. My order of pocket monthly planners was processed and delivered faster than promised date. Everything was good except for the cheap quality paper of inside pages of planner. It could have been better. I am giving 5 stars hoping that it will be fixed in their future products.

The calendars arrived quickly. They came out very well. I'm excited to share them with my clients. They're a great resource to always have on hand.

GREAT! We have these out for patients to take as they leave - they love them! The logo is VERY small though, maybe they have updated this, but that was the only disappointing part.

I received the initial email for proof approval on October 13th. I responded on October 14th to have the logo rotated 90 degrees. I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.

I wish there was an option for different colored paper (other than white). Other than that very happy with my order.

AnyPromo worked with me through a whole bunch of samples and logo until my customers were completely satisfied.

They were exactly what I was looking for. Actually a little bigger than I expected, which wasn't a bad thing at all! I haven't used them for anything super significant so I can't comment on how sturdy they are but we used them as goody bags for our open house and will be using some for our marketing events as giveaways.

The bag and print came out great, but over time the bag got worn down and many of them ripped. I would go with a thicker bag than this one.

The material is lighter than paper. Really poor quality - highly disappointed. Also, the picture makes it look like the bag can stand up with a wide base, but in fact the bags do not have the ability to stand up even when filled. Quality is really poor.

These bags are great give-a-way items for events. They hold a lot of weight. The artwork turned out great and the company was very easy to work with figuring out exactly how I wanted the artwork to look.

The only reason I hesitate to order is that they do not send samples for review. Despite large orders the rep would not mail me an inexpensive tote bag without charging shipping. It is difficult to judge dimensions and quality based on online description alone.

We ordered these bags as a way to promote our business. We wanted a bag that would be functional, durable, appealing and affordable. This bag definitely met our expectations, it stands out from all of the other grocery bags! It is a "tote" which makes it wider and bigger than the regular square bags. The quality is good for the price and the graphics came out bright and clear. I will be reordering these as soon as we run out.

Sadly I had to have it delivered to an address in the US, which was a bit of a pain since I'm in Canada, but I managed.

It looks great!! And I loved the logo that was created for me. The letters and spacing were perfect. Only thing I would add is a cardboard bottom to make it more sturdy. I don't remember if it was available and I didn't order it, or if it wasn't available.

AnyPromo was prompt and helpful! Two things that would have improved our experience: the ability to upload a graphic on the website and see a preview of the graphic on the product immediately, and a wider range of colors (we really wanted more of a crimson than plain red). We received the products when we needed them, and they were successful as marketing tools!

The products came out nicely and in a timely manner (I was not in a rush to get them, things might be different if I needed them quickly). Customer Service was a bit cold during the final approval correspondence.

Love this product for the price! Only improvement could be if it had a plastic bottom insert to help it hold it's shape. Bottom is 7-1/2" x 12" so we just put a piece of 8-1/2" x 11" card stock in each bag for a bottom.

I like that these bags are lightweight and the printing area is sufficient to accommodate my logo and imprinting. It is large enough to be used to actually carry something does not feel like I was giving something just to get my name out, but was thoughtful enough to bring something of value to my clients. The artist rendering of my logo was wonderful and they are to be commended for turning a photograph into a graphic!

It has been a very good experience working with you. The only thing I had trouble with was finding where to change a credit card and the wrong one was charged. Not a big deal but not 100% smooth :)) All is well.

Design to Delivery everything was well coordinated. The only reason I gave four is being in CA the delivery was bit late. Other than that I would recommend AnyPromo to one and all.

The only complaint I have is that when I placed my order, until I hit "submit", I thought I would receive the product sooner than I did. It was still within my needed time frame, but for a moment, the two week delay felt a bit like a bait and switch. Still happy with the results and the product, but it might be something to think about moving forward.

The pens look good and have a great weight and feel. The only downside is that a lot of the pens were open in the packaging. As a result, several pens were damaged by ink. Hopefully, we can still clean these.

My product was great. And Briana Reed was an awesome customer svc rep. She stayed in touch throughout the process and helped get things sped up when we had a shift in our timeline.

We ordered the grey notebooks to use for customer and staff giveaways. They are great and exactly what we wanted. Shipped quickly
