I have had an amazing experience with Anypromo so far. First of all i did extensive research with several promo companies and AnyPromo was by far the most cost effective especially if you take advantage if their membership program. I also had an opportunity to work with Karen was super responsive to all of my emails and questions and she helped me navigate ordering my merch. Rebeca made sure all of my merch virtual proofs were sent quickly and she provided updates to me along the production lifecycle. I will be placing many orders in the future and most importantly working with Karen and Rebeca to get them processed!! - Angelina E A.

Keep Your Team Organized with the Oil & Pipe Long Tally Book-Standard Vinyl
Meet the unassuming hero of the oilfield and beyond! The Oil & Pipe Long Tally Book-Standard Vinyl isn't just another notebook; it's your crew's partner through thick and thin, mud and wind, and every job that needs careful tracking. Imagine a long day on a rig, in the field, or toggling between turbine tasks, and having one place for all your critical numbers and notes. That’s the kind of practicality you get, plus, with your custom branding, these books are just as stylish as they are reliable. Why settle for boring when you could impress your team and leave a memorable mark for your business?
Key Features & Benefits of Custom Branded Tally Books
- Essential tools in the oil and gas industry, and also ideal for repairmen, environmentalists, oil crews, turbine workers, and anyone who requires continual record keeping.
- Long format design: no squeezing important notes into tiny spaces or running out of room mid-shift.
- Contains 100 ruled pages, offering ample space to record field data, logs, or inspection notes.
- Durable vinyl cover: provides protection during repeat use in tough work environments.
Custom Branding & Promotional Value of Personalized Tally Books
Let’s be honest, plain notebooks are forgettable, but personalized books with your logo? That’s how brands stick around. With the Oil & Pipe Long Tally Book-Standard Vinyl, you can add your company’s name or artwork and turn every field note into a subtle marketing moment. Hand them out at safety meetings, industry tradeshows, or as onboarding gifts to new hires. Set up your truck crews or field teams with branded books and watch your name ride shotgun on every job, well pad, and site assessment. The possibilities are endless, and your brand is always front and center!
Why Choose Promotional Tally Books for Promotions?
This is more than a note-taker, it’s a practical promotional item that teams in key industries will actually use. Portability means it fits easily into a pocket or toolbox. The ruled pages encourage real use, so nothing goes to waste. And let’s not forget the value—these customized tally books can boost brand visibility in an authentic and professional way. Whether you sponsor an industry training or provide them to your teams, these books help keep your brand in the field, where the work happens.
Where Personalized Tally Books Perform Best
Everyday Fieldwork, Office, and Crew Meetings
In the wild world of oil, gas, and environmental work, these custom books shine in classic roles, think site inspections, daily shift logs, maintenance checks, or tracking project progress. Repair teams keep job tickets straight, turbine workers organize readings, and crew leaders can jot down to-do lists or relay communication. Portability meets purpose, slide it into a uniform pocket, toss it in a toolbox, and jot, tally, and record with confidence, wherever the workday leads.
Creative Campaigns & Out-of-the-Box Events
Ready to surprise? Break out of the boardroom! Use personalized books as part of onboarding kits for new employees, in environmental science workshops, or at team-building field days. They’re a hit in brand awareness campaigns, bundle them with other useful outdoor products for a cohesion your competitors will envy. We’ve seen companies use them for client handouts, contractor thank-yous, and even as quirky event scorecards. - Doesnt Matter M.My only complaint is after the order arrives, when they spam asking for reviews. Everything else -- the order process, the confirmation of the product before the print run, and the communication regarding where in the process they are is excellent.
- Cat S.The pens are great and got them at a great price, the printing had a minor flaw but they are reprinting for me.
- sean C.The pens are great, but note that the "Royal Blue" is NOT royal blue. It is navy.
- Chelsea C.These pens are great quality (BIC always is) and AnyPromo made the logo look perfect.

- Linda Brown B.Live chat was super helpful and answered my design questions.
- Michelle Woodbury W.Fast..reliable and great products!
- Sharon Asbury A.My first order was canceled without notification. It had put the same billing and shipping address. It would have been an easy fix, if I had been notified.
- Crista Leamons L.When 2 boxes of my very order didn’t arrive. AnyPromo got right on it and sent me 2 boxes without question. They are the best
- Brenda Hedstrom H.Love you guys! Such an easy process.

- Kimberly H.Gabby S. was great when I had an issue with an order. She was personable and handled it with ease. Thank you!
- Jennifer C.This company is always such a gem to work with! Victoria Alanis communicates so effectively throughout the process. Our promo items show up exactly how we expect them without any surprises!! They always make our company look great!!
- Kendra M.I really think it could be better. The lettering was still to bright, so when you write on top of it get confusing between the text of the post it and what I just wrote
- Fabiola R.Happy with ordering, proof, approval, delivery & most importantly final product is exactly what we wanted!
- Edward M.The fade on the images is still straight grey, not even a touch of blue, though I thought the design response indicated we should see some blue in the coloring.
- Lindsay G.Very happy with the sticky notes. They are exactly as expected and arrived on time! Will def order again.
- Lisa D.Denys was easy to work with and helped us promptly with our order. It was received in just a few days. I have used this company before and have always found their products and service excellent.
- Coleen V. V.Arrived quickly and as expected. Customer service was great. We would definitely use AnyPromo again.
- Shane V.Really great product. However, if I reorder I'll have the watermark printed lighter, so it will be easier to see what I write on the sticky note.
- Debby C.THESE BIC NOTE PADS ARE AWESOME AND VERY INEXPENSIVE! I WOULD CLEARLY TELL OTHER BUSINESS'S TO ORDER FOR THEIR PROMOTIAL NEEDS!
- DONALD N.Great prices. Recommend purchasing the platinum membership.
- Melody Dodge R.I didn't realize the hand sanitizer was clear and the white logo, so it's very hard to see. It would have been nice for someone to maybe mention it to me that it won't show up so I'd recommend advising customers of this so they are aware and can choose something different if they want. I somehow thought I was doing full color of my logo, not white. The product itself is great, but it is just hard to see my logo, which is the sole reason for purchasing this product is to brand myself with my customers.
- Jillian Von Ohlen V.Taffy was very polite and not pushy
- Ryan Alvarez A.Easy. I did have one question so I called Customer Service and that was easy too. My hold time wasn't very long and the rep was friendly and knowledgeable.
- Teresa Wiecken W.Great quality. Will order again. Very happy with the quality and printing. I also like the price and quickness of ordering and delivery.
- Melody R.Great product. Great price. Good quality. I will order again. Happy with the ease of ordering and quickness of delivery.
- Melody R.imprint was too light on the notepads. Part of it was my fault for not paying too much attention to the proof, but part of it was the art staff. Shouldn't have been so light..,you can barely read the logo.
- Dina J.not happy with this product. For starters, the logo printed on to the stickies way darker than what was on the proof-- you can't see what you're writing. Generally the quality is low-- the sticky part leaves a nasty adhesive on the next page when you take a sheet off-- there's hardly any sticky left on the back, so they barely stick. In addition, many of the notepads arrived dirty. The edges are all browned and gross. This was horrible.
- Sarah J.Nice product. A little smaller than I expected and the shipping was a little slow, and expensive for one small box, but the printing was nice.
- Kimberley R.Wonderful product. I order them on a monthly bases. Perfect size for envelope and the price is right.
- Sylvia C.Wonderful product. I order them on a monthly bases. Perfect size for my sale envelope and the price is right.
- Sylvia C.Fast and easy...would like to have seen something about the color of the paper, tho. I want white but wondered if there were other choices
- Hollis Matson M.No one responded to my email question from 8/20/2019
- Victor McCartney M.Great selection, excellent customer service and speedy!
- Caroline Serrato S.Prices are great, and I love the option of free one day rush on some products. Ordering was simple. We'll see how the product arrives. This is my first time ordering with Any Promo, but my wife buys their products for her job and loves the quality of items and speed of delivery.
- Jeffrey McClure M.So happy with my purchase - you cannot beat the quality + price of these notepads! Will order again.
- Brooke B.The notepads were exactly what I was looking for. They were the perfect size, the print was perfect and I will be ordering more in the future.
- Alexandra S.Reasonable and great communication
- JENNIFER BROOME B.I have used Custom Ink and Deluxe/Inkhead in the past to order t-shirts and pens. I found your website and you had both items that I needed for a lower cost. The price was great but I wish your website had the ability to visualize the design instead of having to order and then receive proofs.
- Dickens D.The design process was terrific; they understood my notes and made my changes quickly, and the design was just as I imagined it. Delivery came sooner than expected, and the quality u.s great. I can't wait for my event to give them away!

- Mark McCain M.Experience was great. Quick turn around on quote and sample.
- Tiffany Allen F.Any Promo makes ordering easy. From uploading artwork or special instructions. They keep you informed each step of the way so you are never left in the dark. I've never been disappointed with any product that we ordered. If you plan or even consider ordering again, but the Platinum service. It pays for itself in one or two orders. It's a no brainer.
- John MacDade M.These were exactly what we were looking for, they turned out great! I would recommend this company to anyone

- Bridget Ingram I.Rosa Martin was a huge help to us! We were not great at planning ahead for training SWAG, and she worked hard to help us get what we needed in a timely manner! We ended up reordering SWAG later in the year for our second round of training courses and we're happy to have Rosa again! She was familiar with our order and the second time around was even more seamless than the first! Thank you for the excellent customer service, and great products!
- Claire Smith S.We love them! Perfect design and super easy design, approval and shipping! Representative was amazing.....
- Nancy B.Always a great experience with Anypromo! They make it super easy to order
- Deanna Sholler S.Note pads themselves were great, and a good give-a-way. The printing was darker than expected, much darker than when printed in house as an example. Since it is darker, the logos aren't as vibrant as usual, and the background that should have been barely there, showed up more as a grey. They still work, and am happy, but not as thrilled as I was hoping to be.
- Eileen R.Very easy to work with - quick ordering, quick processing and quick delivery - Thank you AnyPromo.com

- Alicia Daly D.I came in Monday morning to an Awesome email from Edith :) She had read my review of a product we had just purchased. The art department and myself overlooked something on the proof. I was bummed because we wouldn't be able to use the promotional items we had purchased because of this mistake. Edith and AnyPromo to rescue! - Alicia W.Recommended! The print quality is great, and the designers accommodated a special font-matching request. We are happy to give these to prospects and customers and feel they are a good representation of our business.
- Aliesha H.I like the way it looks but the adhesive is weak. It doesn't stick well, which kind of defeats the purpose of a post-it note. The paper curls upward and off the surface you are trying to stick it to.

- Alexander Lamb L.bien
- Pamela Sawusch B.Always easy
- Dayna Fucarino F.Some of the codes would say not valid because you order isn't over $125 when I was over $200 ??? Also, wish like other sites you could see your logo on the items right away, would help with choosing color of products.

- kathryn santos S.I don't think the descriptions of what our design needed to include is enough information. I had no idea what the TBD meant or the terms for centering meant.
- Mary Roberts R.The notebook has a nice feel and the printed logo is clean. I appreciate the timely fashion they delivered it in!
- Marinette K.Great and easy to order. Love it
- Israel Martinez M.I received the initial email for proof approval on October 13th. I responded on October 14th to have the logo rotated 90 degrees. I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.
- MC C.I wish there was an option for different colored paper (other than white). Other than that very happy with my order.
- Anne B.AnyPromo worked with me through a whole bunch of samples and logo until my customers were completely satisfied.
- PRS S.They are a bit smaller than I anticipated, but look wonderful. Great color, perfectly branded. Another fantastic experience with AnyPromo!
- Bonnie F.Great item; very pleased with printing on front of journal; service great; shipped quickly
- Cindy T.The journal was nice. The wording and logo just were not centered, but it still looked nice. The customer service was nice and the representative did all the she could within the time constraints presented.
- Alicia J.Great
- Anonymous Customer C.This journal is awesome and very affordable. I was slightly disappointed with the limitation of the location for the graphic to be printed on the front. But customer service was very helpful and accommodating, even though the final product was not exactly what I wanted. I would definitely order this again for my customers as I get so many positive comments about this gift.
