I assumed that the accent color would match my design (as shown in the pictures on the left). However, my design is Purple; and the clicker and pointer is kelly green. They don't match. :-(

The writing on the pen is a bit small. The point does not come out as far as I would like it when you are writing with it.

The notebook and pen are great. The area for printing is also wonderful. The only issue is the notes are not very sticky. Otherwise, amazing!

We purchased pens as a gift for staff in Yellow/Blue, when they arrived the yellow was not the color shown on website. Immediately they had a solution, promptly made new pens and sent them out to us with time to spare before our event. Great Customer service and response.

Great shape, great color!! Can't keep the cup holder on the front sales counter full they are flying out the door. Small details on our logo wouldn't come through so had to change to just name and phone number but they are very eye catching despite that.

Great pen for the price. I like the widebody pens better and this one tapers pretty thin in the middle but you can't beat the price. I've gotten the widebody pens from a couple places (the Bic and a knockoff) and have been having problems with the tip staying on and the spring shoots it off so it'll be the Javelin going forward.
