The stress balls I ordered were exactly like pictured and the design I approved. I wish the words were a little bigger to cover the space of the ball. The balls also came in the time frame that was promised when ordered. Overall, I’m happy with my products!

These ice packs take a long time to free and don't stay frozen very long (<10 minutes). Our office purchased the #716370 ice packs from Any Promo in the past and they stayed frozen for a much longer period of time. If you are purchasing these ice packs to actually cool or ice an area, I would recommend looking for a different product.

Ordering was easy. The proof took about 3 days. I sent it back once so the order didn't go into production for about a week. Then production took a week, so don't trust the "5 day rush." The customer service, Riley, was excellent and thorough. Product looks exactly as expected. Material is cheaper than I thought but that's probably more about me needing to adjust my expectations based on cost.

My only feedback is that shipping is way too expensive. I paid $500+ to ship 5 18cube boxes of rubber ducks. That's excessive for ground shipping from anywhere.
