The logo is not huge, but we went with red on white and it pops nicely with the red seams on the ball. The seams actually have a little texture to them for a real feel. Fun, safe giveaway for kids.

Imprint area is smaller than appeared online. The balls had a good texture but expected the imprint to be bigger

Print area was way too small, not as described. The logos on the samples are much bigger. Print area was about 1” squared.

Worked out just fine. I found out that it take one additional day to have anything shipped to Silverton Oregon. Over night equals 2 days. 2 Day Delivery equals 3 days and so on. so received this order the day before we needed it. So thank you again for helping with this last minute order. I will make sure that the next order will have more time allotted for production and shipment.

The product and imprinting is great. The boxes the product is shipped do not hold up well in transit, they are too thin for the amount weight in the box, and arrived partially open, not sure if any product fell out, looked like they were all present.

These little ducks are nice quality, we got the black ones with our Strande's Garage repair shop logo on them to pass out to our Jeep customers. All the customers have loved them, they're very cute and the printing was very sharp and detailed!

First off, these little ducks are adorable. I got purple for our nonprofit and the kids absolutely love them! They are gone quickly. I’m getting ready to make a third purchase of them because of how well liked they are.

My only feedback is that shipping is way too expensive. I paid $500+ to ship 5 18cube boxes of rubber ducks. That's excessive for ground shipping from anywhere.

Have made multiple orders over the last few years and we always have a good experience. Customer Service reps are super easy to work with (especially Johana and Madelin) and the turnaround is fast. When we've had flaws in the items we receive, they have also been stellar at sending replacements and taking good care of us. If you're planning to make at least 2 orders per year, I recommend getting the membership, it does pay for itself very quickly

Very pleased with this item - it freezes and heats very well and is adequately full unlike some gel packs that are half air. It’s perfect after oral surgery to prevent swelling and promote healing. There were tiny issues like the plastic encasing being uneven and shrunken at the edges but the imprint cane out very well and price point is unbeatable. The customer service team is a delight to work with and helped so much during every step of the process, from deciding which product to choose, applying promotions, to getting the production design perfect. Such a great team and will definitely be reordering.

Ordered without customization due to a short timeline. The order arrived just in time to stamp ourselves for an event we had coming up.

I assumed the cold packs could be kept in the freezer to pull out when needed. The directions on the hot/cold pack say not to keep them in the freezer. I'm not sure if I overlooked this in the description or not, but if I had known this, I probably would have chosen a different option. Great customer service though and they look great!
