Quick feedback from the company and the sales rep Victoria Alanis! I love our very unique ear shaped squeezy stress reliever with our logo and website on it. It's a real hit at expos and health fairs. Quality product they stand by. Last summer some of the ink from the ears got transferred to other ears--I'm guessing due to heat in shipping. AnyPromo replaced the damaged ones quickly at no cost!
