African American Super Hero - Stress Reliever

My product is perfect! The lime green basketballs will be a hit at any event I attend because of the vibrant color! The communication with confirming my logo was outstanding and my product was delivered early! I will be purchasing more promotional items in the future and recommending this company to other business partners!

This is the second time I have ordered these balls through Any Promo and both times they have turned out great!. Their pricing and quick production is spot on. I am super pleased with my product and will order more from them!

Hector was awesome in getting us the samples we needed to make the appropriate decision for our business!

Seemed to go smoothly. Fingers crossed. CherylK

Great customer service experience! I was hesitant of placing a large expedited order online so I called AnyPromo and was helped by Rebeca Chavarria who was absolutely amazing! She helped me get my order started and then connected me with Eva Andrade who was also highly responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Both of them helped me through out the whole process and made sure our large order got to us on time even with a short turn around time and excellent graphic quality. Looking forward to utilizing them again in the future for additional projects.

Great Customer service! Fast shipping. Emails were answered in a timely manner. I will be buying again

Our black logo looks great on these orange basketballs. They are popular giveaways for children and adults. We like to toss them into the stands at our home games.

Very satisfied with this product and the prompt service! I had the white one personalized for my son's upcoming wedding -- he and his fiance both were collegiate basketball players. I will be putting them in a decorative basket to hand out as a FUN FAVOR for everyone!

Creating the product was easy. System was easy to understand. Very prompt communication after product was ready to view. Final product exceeded our expectations!!

This was my first time using AnyPromo, however, Tassy (the lady helping me) was very polite and helpful. Again being the first time with this company, I am eager to compare the quality of the items. Either way, the customer service was 5 stars. D. Lewis

They were very nice. Team Loved them

The reason for the great review is the fact that your customer service rep took time to reach out to me on a printing issue. Had she not called to work it out, I might not have been happy with the result, even when I said to let it go. Victoria Alanis specifically pointed out the problem and we worked out a solution. Thank you so much! The end result was a perfect print job on wooden nickels!!! :)

Jeannette was great and helpful. We love our product and will definitely order again!

Quick turn around time

Very pleased with the product. It is good quality, sturdy and larger than I expected. I like that there is a plastic seal around the top of each one so I know they won't leak. I would have rated it five stars if our logo appeared larger on it.

These are so cute! They are exactly what I was wanting! Customers love them and I think they are great advertising for my practice!

The lips were as expected. I'll likely repurchase more in the future. I only wish they were available in different colors than red. Also, be aware it's a little difficult to see black text against the red.

Great customer service

Fantastic service! The products arrived quickly and were exactly as described. You can't top this. We are moving and needed egg promotion to show patients our new address and to introduce them to the new aspects of our practice. This was a convenient and clever way to give patients our new address and something they could take home to Aid them in their treatment.

Super cute for our patients to take home with them!

Loved the ice packs!

These cool packs are perfect for my clients!

So adorable!

I was very impressed with the personalized cold packs that were designed for me for give a ways at a conference that I am speaking at. I was able to work with a personal designer David and he was able to produce exactly what I was hoping for. My product arrived within 2 weeks of my order and arrived perfectly. Thank you! Love them! Pam

Wish it came is different colors but otherwise looks great!

We absolutely love our new Push Pop Bounce Balls! We'll use them for outreach marketing and as fun gifts for our staff members. They arrived quickly, look great, and feel like they are made from high-quality materials.

Super cute and fun product, works perfect for our promos!

Excited to have these to hand out to the kids at this event. Our logo printed nicely and the order was completed and shipped quickly!

Great. I've been ride or die at 4Imprint since they were but a wee little company. Your pricing was better, and your speed of delivery was great. I just found you because 4Imprint's in-stock indicated on their website was inaccurate (they were in fact out of stock), so I dug around for the item elsewhere and found you guys. I haven't seen the items yet in person (I mostly work remote from out of state), but it arrived in the CO team office and everybody there thinks they're GREAT. From one of our execs this morning: "Dude these swag balls are epic. I stole a few for my kids and they are obsessed" So thanks! I'll add you guys to the mix going forward.

I had a great experience ordering from AnyPromo. They were able to change the colors of the logo imprint from my original choice when I realized it didn't look as good as I thought it would. The virtual proofs were sent quickly and I always felt like I could reach out with any issues at any time and they'd be remedied. The products arrived quickly (about a week) and everyone at work loves them! I'll be ordering from this company again.

Working with AnyPromo and the customer service reps was easy and not stressful! They did a great job working with me on my design and layout to make sure we maximized the area.

Quick on completing and shipping

We needed 200+ custom products made within a quick time frame, and were able to get everything on time with great customer service! Rebeca helped me a lot with the design of the product and ensuring we got it in a timely manner. The quality is also great. Would definitely recommend!

Johana and the team gave excellent customer service the whole way through! the proof was available within a very short time (same day) and we needed the items asap. they not only took care of this, but two people cared enough to follow up personally to make sure we had the order on time and everything was satisfactory.

We are very happy with the personalized journals we received from AnyPromo. Raquel, our service rep, was very attentive and patiently went back and forth with me as we perfected the design. I will definitely use them again.

Mario is my contact at Any Promo and always provides outstanding service on my promo orders.

Great Experience! Placing the order online was a breeze. Eva Andrade immediately connected with me personally via email and walked me through the process every step of the way from ordering to production to delivery. She is awesome and I will definitely be using Any Promo again for future needs.

Karen was great!!

Seamless ordering process. Artwork uploaded and fit perfectly on the product. Roberto was outstanding on updating me about the progress of the order and when to expect arrival. I love the product and can't wait to start handing them to customers.

Very impressed, we will be reordered.

This is our 3rd shipment, it has been the best one yet.

Very nice quality for the price.

Our customers love this pen! This is our second time ordering this pen

Love the color and the way they turned out. Writes smoothly and my kids love the spinner. Some came in scratched and dented but not sure that was from printing or from shipping. Overall they look really good and happy with them.

Bought 150 fidget spinner pens in white with logo - super easy setup, quick delivery of proof and overall quick delivery within a few days. Nice quality. Would definitely buy again.

I was a little nervous paying before seeing a proof but I now am very comfortable working with AnyPromo.com for future purchases. Quickly after placing my order AnyPromo.com provided 2 layout proofs for me to choose from without me having to ask for a 2nd option. Once I approved the 2nd option, I quickly got notification that my order was being printed. It shipped and arrived quickly. The quality of the figet spinner stylus pens was exactly what I was hoping for and the print was clean and clear. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be ordering from AnyPromo.com again.

It's been great! I love the orbit pens, and I appreciate that I was able to order 100 (that is all I needed with the particular logo) instead of a 250 minimum like other companies.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Both the final product and Mario's (our Rep) Service exceeded expectations. We WILL use AnyPromo again for future Branded Product.

We absolutely love these pens and so do our customers! Everyone always asks for them!

Our oens turned out lovely and customer service was very helpful in the ordering process.

Our patients absolutely love these!

Great pens, came out exactly like we wanted. They write great and have a great little fidget spinner! Highly recommend!

Easy to get what I wanted. Received a proof quickly. Product received quickly and is exactly what I ordered. No issues to report.

Such a huge success I've needed to order more after just one event

The quality of the pen is much better than I had expected. I have had people "hear I have the spinner pens" and have requested them. For the first time every I'm getting ready to make a third order. These are so popular!!!

I love the pens that we ordered and can not wait to see the notebooks. Eva was amazing!

Great prices, LOVE free shipping! Great for the firm I work for!

Great job from from ordering until final product. I will be back . Thank you.

Absolutely love this pen!

This spinner fidget pen is super classy and really fun to play with! It is not gaudy or unsightly; it is a hidden fidget gem! I wish there were more colors available in the rose gold, but there are a few more color options with the chrome accent also. Very nice pen.

The pen looks and feels fantastic! I like that it's refillable. With the quality feel I can easily see ink refills being used. Also a shout out to Veronica Valasquez, our customer service rep, that was especially helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns when creating my order. The artwork department went above and beyond adjusting my logo for better visabilty, and proofs were easily managed. I highly recommend this company.

Seamless process, start to finish.

Great quality and our clients love them.

This is our 2nd shipment & we are extremely satisfied with the product & the customer service has been excellent. Paola is a great team member! We left pens.com to come to your site & we do NOT regret it!

The ordering process was easy especially with the assistance of Raquel who also assurred my order was delivered early in a tight timeframe window.

Very pleased with the finished product. Graphics look great! I will definitely be ordering more of these and passing them on! Great customer service too! Thank you!

We are very happy with the order!

Jorge was very helpful as this is my first time shopping with you. Thanks!

Perfect for my medspa, patients love to get these after procedures and they have all of our info on them …good price, quick turnover and fast shipping,

Ordered promotional ice packs for an event with a short turn around time. Items arrived on time and our customer service rep Eva could not have been more helpful with updates. Great experience!

easy to use

Johana did a great insuring my order was fulfilled quickly and that I was happy. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

We are a plastic surgery office and these really help cool the area where our patients receive injectables.

All the items I purchased were of good quality and great value. The site is easy to navigate and any questions I had were promptly answered. A handful of my items were damaged in shipping and customer service was fast responding. The damaged item were replaced without hassle. I highly recommend the company and thank Gabby S for her outstanding customer service. I will definitely continue to use this company.

good product, easy communication

Only comment is: it would be good to know what the shipping is going to be BEFORE we pass up on the VIP $50 offer...or at least offer it once more for those of us who might be slow to choose it!

this item does not cool effectively. in the past, I ordered Gel Beads Hot/Cold Pack Small Oval - which I feel were more effective at cooling than this item. this item looks better but whats the point when its not effective.

Looks great! Very pleased as always. Perfect for giving to patients after procedures to reduce swelling.

Fabiola was AMAZING - she is truly the best customer service rep to work with! I chatted with her first from a chat bubble, then a few phone calls and emails back and forth. So glad to work with her!

Perfect customer service. Marci, Thank you so much for your help!

Great online experience!

Our second order of the red gel packs were much different than our first. The gel was much lighter in color with some white patches under our logo. Not happy at all with the differences in product.

Our first order of the red gel packs were great! Logo turned out really well, nice and dark. Gel color was a consistent red and it didn't get too hard when frozen. Remained cold, yet flexible for our injectable patients.

looks good and actually becomes frozen great for aesthetic injections

VERY NICE!

good quality, long lasting. We go through alot of these, and they hold up well to repeated use. Also makes a good promotional item as we give these to patients after their procedures.

This is the perfect size for our cosmetic procedure patients. As with the bags I think the next order I will request to add our phone number to the logo.
