Good Customer Service - Appearance challenge

Assistance was great but Logos and wording aren't large enough. Appeared to be larger and the more true blue color on the proof.

I rate this item 2 stars. The color from the picture looks white, but when I received them they look more grayish. Also, the shape is a little sloppy. The seem around the pillow where the two sides meet has some imperfections on most of them. ie; glue, uneven cuts. I don't think I will order this item again.
