Excellent Communication...Great First Experience
We'd been using another vendor for these items but found AnyPromo had competitive pricing and $50 off of ground shipping on each order with the Digital Platinum Membership. The unknown was the customer service...would it meet our expectations? Would we have trouble with communication or response to our questions? Would the items arrive on time and as expected? My experience with Cristian Castro (initial consultation/sale) and Roberto Polanco (order fulfillment) were both top notch. They responded quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the process. A couple of our items (including these VB stressballs) were on backorder but they provided accurate dates and followed up to let me know that the order was still on track. The stressballs themselves were of the same quality as we had ordered from our previous vendor. All in all...a solid experience and we look forward to working with AnyPromo again.
