Astro Aluminum Mini Flashlight

Your customer service is great! I had someone name Michelle help walk me through my order and help me with applying the artwork. Thank you Michelle!

They turned out so great! I can't wait to give them to our staff.

As far as the customer service my experience ordering with this company was wonderful. Gina Franklin went above and beyond to help me in the ordering process down to the tracking process to making sure our package arrived on time when UPS said they were having a delay. When our order arrived and most of the flash lights did not work she was on top of it to get the issue resolved so we could have the flashlights for the trade show we ordered them for. Now for the not so great part. The product itself. Nothing to do with customer service, I still give customer service a 100%. Our flashlights ended up showing up and 1/2 of them or more did not work after taking the security off the batteries. Gina was going to send out new ones, but we needed them for a trade show for the next business day. After we tore down the flashlights and battery tested them with a volt meter, we found the issue. The wire tab at the end of the bulb was never raised to get connection with the spring that went to the battery so it was not getting any power to work. After figuring this out we tested all of them fixing the ones that did not work. This was very time consuming taking our men off of production at our business to do so. But at the end of the day we did have working flashlights for our trade show.

loved love loved these flash light and the light is very bright, I can not wait to give them out to my medic's

Everybody who received one loved it. We used this as a thank you gift for employees who participated in our annual giving campaign. This was easily affordable and very well received among our employees.

I used this as a gift and it was a hit. the quality is better than what I have experienced with other vendors in the past. An enjoyable overal experience.

Everyone had their own idea on what they would be using them for. Many people were attracted by the colorful products.

Good White on red very bright and good visibility/contrast. Very handy and great product. We will reorder soon for an upcoming fair.

I loved that my entire order was figured out and all problems were solved within a day. I am a very busy student and my organization does not have the time to correspond with a company for weeks about prices and products. Rosa was very helpful to me in this respect. They're popular at our prevention events.

Good stuff from you guys as always. Thanks! smart looking and very functional.

They were a hit! Having our brand stamped into this desk tool tops this item off. I like how you corrected the color of the image to match the rest of the item.

It was quite helpful that I was able to get myself a sample of this before ordering in bulk. Very pleased with product and service from AnyPromo.

the color matched what was expected and the imprinted logo stood out as it should have.

This can be a great product and the cost is reasonable. An ideal gift for my clients, Good imprint!

etter quality than expected, employee's are very happy this product has saved our tradeshow program. No matter what size table is provided, this does the trick!

customer rep is a pleasure to work with since customer repgoes out of her way to get the job done very well and on time. Product was as discribed and as pictured.

Precisely what I had been searching for. this is definitely a great discovery to find this online with an affordable price.

High quality flashlights. You can feel their weight, and the light is very bright. Very clear engraving.

Roberto did a great job and we are very happy with out bike lights.

Easy and quick! This is my fourth year ordering.

They turned out great along with a really reasonable cost.

Affordable. the service is always top notch and their production times are either on time, or earlier than expected. The quality off these inexitemsive shades is amazing. Completely satisfied :)

I like having the choice of colors so that there is a variety from which to choose. the quality of the product & printing far surpassed our expectations

Very easy to work with this company. Prompt response and delivery of products

Ana was very efficient and kind.

We gave to over 100 people and the majority of people had wonderful comments. Thanks for being prompt with shipping and having incredible service during production. Happy using the product.

I really like them. I think they turned out great with my logo design. they were very well received the product was even better than expected.

I am happy to report that the Round Blinking Light With Back Clip has exceeded my expectations. Art submission was easy. Art proof was perfect. Regular emails kept me apprised of the production schedule. In fact, the lights arrived ahead of schedule. All are individually wrapped with a safety to keep them from blinking before their time. Props to AnyPromo.

I got these as a hand out to kids (think trick or treaters) at a trade show I was in last night. I'm running for a local office but didn't want to give out the same old same old. These were such a unique item. Kids of all ages took them. And I was asked if I was selling them (they were freebies). I can't comment on the battery life yet but I will say that I intend to use a few in my Halloween pumpkins this year. Also, they come bagged individually with a tab you pull out before you can turn them on. They have a power button. Because these have a clip, you can use them on sleeves, costumes, or ties - release that inner child. I got the orange ones with my name in purple. It looked very subtle and that's the look I was going for.

there is nothing wrong with the product so I can't say what I like least about it!! Great product.

This was exactly what we purchased. We will be tossing these out at our event. It will be so great. Very pretty color and good value

it was a very inexpensive product which was ideal for a free give a way. Big imprint area which displays our logo and contact details just how we like it.

AnyPromo makes it easy for me to order, come up with products via the email with specials and communicate with your company. the cost was extremely reasonable. The logo design looks perfect on this product!

We have ordered this item many times in large quantities. Great product. service is outstanding and shipment was PROMPT. Thank you!

Very very good quality product.

the product was told it looked good. The product is nice and reasonably priced.

Great product for keeping a business name available to customers. I was very happy with the custom imprint.

Our logo came out very nice and detailed. Excellent. Got wonderful comments on how great they look.

Received a lot of positive feedback. Everyone who has received this item really likes it.

Second time ordering these plunger pens. They write nicely, they are quality pens, and our logo is very clear and looks great. AnyPromo has done a wonderful job, again!

Michele Fuentes was amazing and help me throughout my order! We have been ordering our marketing materials from AnyPromo and so far so good. We''ll definitely keep ordering from here. Thanks!

Very pleased with the pen. The weight feels good. It is a very nice looking pen that writes fantastically.

Very nice!!!

Best Prices for custom items! They look great and Victoria was our representative. She was helpful every step of the way making sure we got exactly what we wanted. We got some pens and ice packs for an upcoming promotion.

They are really nice pens!

Gerson made the process so easy from start to finish and was wonderful at communicating with me every step of the way. Great customer service!

Great products and service! Thanks Anypromo!

Didn't feel as "hefty" as I was hoping, kind of feels flimsy, but it's okay. Will definitely do for now!

Very Nice product. We will be ordering more in the future. Highly recommend these for customer give-aways.

Marisol Vela has been amazing throughout my shopping experience. She has helped me find the right pen for my friend's business. Definitely recommend. Ask for Marisol

not only did the promotional material arrive quickly, they were a great value! Rosa Martin was my Customer Service Representative and she provided exceptional service! Rosa answered any questions I had and followed up with me after I received my shipment to address any concerns as well as make sure everything was correct and exactly what I ordered and expected! Service was above and beyond service so I will definitely be back when I need more!!

She was very efficient and accurate. Made sure everything was just what i wanted. I will definitely be ordering again.

Erin Gonzalez has been helpful in my shopping experiences. Thank you.

Great order process!!

Great customer service! We were not satisfied with our original order, the letters looked too small and the color not as expected, we contacted them and they made us new pens with new design without hesitation. Our new pens look gorgeous and we will order from this company again!

Great service

Just received the pens that we ordered and they look GREAT! Riley Haynie did a wonderful job of following up providing a status on my order and confirming that I was 100% happy with the items received. The perfect level of interaction, providing the personal touch without being overwhelming. Well done!

I see why it's called a Mirage pen. It looks like a metal pen, but in fact, it is plastic although it does not indicate that anywhere on the product page. Quality is not what was expected, but the pens are fine.

she is great on top of our needs looking forward to a great relationship

Very pleased! They got me exactly what I wanted at a great price and no hassle. They arrived right on time!

These pens look and feel great! The engraving is crisp and clear - great giveaway at our front counter.

Thanks to Eva(Customer Service Representative) and thanks for the fast delivery and handling of work. Of course I will choose AnyPromo in the next order too.

Love the rates

Eva Andrade helped my company make fantastic looking products. Will definitely be using them in the future and hope Eva is on the team! C.D'Andrea Medical Distinctions looks much more professional now. Thanks again.

Everything was easy and user friendly so far.

This was my first time shopping with Anypromo which came highly recommended from several sources. When I had a question, I got an immediate response and great support from the chat customer service operator. Excited to receive my products!

:)

Pen writes great but it doen't feel good in the hand. It's too light. Definitely get a sample before ordering. Great price for what it is.

The pen is a beautiful color, loved the style. For the print on the slate blue pen we selected silver, but it is very difficult to read. Maybe white or black would have been a better choice.

great

it is a great ink pen and writes great also.

We love it! Mario is awesome to work with!

I'm excited about my order. Thanks!

Abel exhibited excellent customer service skills. He followed with me, kept me up informed. He also alerted me that my order arrived. That is great customer service!

We were sent pens with black ink when they were supposed to be blue ink. My employer specifically asked for us to get pens with blue ink to go with the logo

When I called AnyPromo for assistance with my custom order, Jeannette answered the phone and was extremely helpful. She was able to get my order processed and into production in one day! Thanks Jeannette for the excellent customer service!

We recently ordered pens from AnyPromo and were very pleased with our experience! Taylor was super helpful in making sure everything was perfect and did a great job communicating and following up throughout the process. Everyone loves the new pens and we will definitely be ordering from them again.

great service!

We had an issue with this order that unfortunately fell on the printer using a design that wasn't approved. However, working with Erin Gonzalez and Taylor Cano has proven to be a great benefit in doing business with AnyPromo. We'll have our item on time after they correct the mistake and they made it exceptionally easy to work through the reorder. Kudos to great customer service and owning a genuine mistake - hey we all make mistakes, right? These folks get it right all the time but in the rare instance they don't, they go out of their way to make it right.

Great quality, great deal, customer support was awesome with critiquing my design to make it look a little nicer. Love these!

Great looking pens. They even write great too which is normally my biggest concern ordering pens!!!!

Our pens turned out way better than expected! They look better in person and the graphics really pop!

Some of these pens came apart easily and some don't always write smoothly. Some of my customer complain about them. I may order something different next time. =(

Love them! The metallic blue is perfect with my logo. The click on the pen is smooth and the information I added to my pen does not scrape off, which is great because my guest will always remember me for years to come! Definitely will be ordering more!

Very comfortable and stylish pen!

Can't wait to hand these out at my tabling events. The ordering process was straightforward and easy. I was given to design options with our logo since there was an issue with the lettering. The edited option still maintains our brand integrity.

We've re-ordered these a few times. They are great little giveaways. The logo/print area is small but but still can be read easily. Wish I could get it in full color logo rather than single color.

i love it

Great communication, quick shipping, and great product!

Simple, quick process.

We handed these out at a school event and the kids loved them.

So far so good. If all goes well then I will be a return customer. I look forward to receiving my proof for this order.

Earth stress balls turned out perfect for my upcoming trade show. When I shared a pic on LinkedIn, my team members that are not in the states loved them, too, and have asked me to ship some to them. Gabby Martinez has been super-helpful and Attentive to me with great follow up. The ordering and proofing process was simple and intuitive. I would highly recommend working with AnyPromo for your swaggy needs!

The whole process was great! Product amazing! I can't wait to hand em out on the trade show floor!!!

I will absolutely continue using AnyPromo because of the excellent customer service I have received from Yessenia! She has been so amazing with follow-up emails and ensuring our products were correct and on time even when we hit a snag in production!! Give this woman a raise!

I really appreciate all the help to ensure I received my items in time for my conference. The service was exceptional.

I really appreciate the on going assistance I received when placing the order and needing to make corrections and with the resolutions department. Their interactions were timely, professional and extremely helpful. The willingness of the resolutions department to ensure my order was processed in time for the conference was a especially helpful and thoughtful.

I am very pleased with our Earth stress balls. We had some issues with the delivery date getting pushed back several times, but in the end, we received them in time.

So impressed by your customer service, quality and timely shipping! Can't ask for more. Hats off to Mario who went above and beyond to deliver the product before time. As a church we were amazed by the quality and delivery beyond our expectations.

Always pleased with AnyPromo. These squishy earth balls are perfect for our planetarium and promoting planetary science.

Liked the Earth Stress Ball very much but the font came out MUCH smaller than it appeared when we proofed it online. VERY difficult to read. It looked like the designer could have make the print larger to fit the space available.

The globe stress balls w/our logo/name look great and I was kept informed all along the way of the processing and shipping of our order.

We provide space and earth science programs for K-12 students in San Antonio, TX, so these are perfect!

They went out of their way to contact me when it was thought there might be a delay in delivery and the product arrived sooner than they expected.

Site easy to use.

Easy ordering process.

The Earth stress balls are great! The texture is cool! The white ink on the dark blue is perfect. We would definitely order again.

Easy shopping experience online and with live chat

Quick delivery and product was exactly like the picture. They were just as we expected. Will order again

Love this place!

It was a great "Give-Away" at the International Fastener Expo where we introduced the most comprehensive fastener sourcing website in the world; www.worldwidefastenersources.com

thank you

Looking forward to seeing the proof.

Very Good, I wish I could see the mockup immediatly. Also I wish there would be more flexibility on the number of products ordered (100 instead of 150). That is a lot more than I need

Great company!

Very pleased with this order. Our company has ordered them twice. We pass them out for earth day each year.

They were great and on time. thank you. We will use again for our promotional products. Great service..

They look great. On time.

A great addition to our GIS in class room teachings as trinkets to give to the students. Would definitely order again!

Thanks for all, the product is good, nice price and our logo looks great on it. It was a pleasure to work with you.

It was exactly like I wanted. Thank you for the prompt and accurate response. I am using your company again to purchase another product.

AnyPromo did an excellent job on this order. Good quality product and very professional and our logo is on each of the globes correctly "right side up". Too bad I can't say the same for another Vendor we also used.

Anypromo was a pleasure to work with during the design process. The earth ball squeezies met expectation and our event attendees loved the items. They could not get enough of them and kept requesting more. Highly recommended.

Lots of items to choose from, easy process and quick attention to Matters of concern

These turned out just exactly like the photos here. We purchased these for an upcoming Earth Week traveling event. I'm not sure we'll have enough to give away because everyone in my office wanted one, and then another for someone else, etc. I would definitely purchase these again.

This item is what we expected, and a great promo piece for our event. AnyPromo was prompt in getting us a proof, adjusting the logo nicely to fit properly, and the item arrived on time. The item isn't terribly detailed, but didn't need to be for our purpose, since they are just small prizes. Customer Service Rep was also prompt on replying to emails and answering questions. We would order these again if we need to.

Very quick service

Exactly as described, art work was perfect

Easy to work with. Products looked great

They were okay

We're happy with this product and looking forward to giving them out at an upcoming promotional event. The squeeze factor is just right and the attention to detail on the planet itself is surprising.

Absolutely excellent!!

The process was easy ...very pleased with the product!!!

The were perfect for our event.

The gel stress balls were great and arrived within 3 business days which was faster than expected.

Excellent service was received from top to bottom. Their website is very user friendly. The sales department/customer service was prompt and thorough in answering questions. I felt like I was kept "in the loop" from the moment I entered my order to the time that my products were delivered. I would absolutely recommend them and do business with this company again.

Perfect!!

great product

Our custom jotter pens arrived perfectly! AnyPromo was so gracious about the many revisions I made on the size of the text and the pens arrived earlier than the expected date! The text is clear and looks exactly like I'd hoped. The whole process was a great experience!

Love these pens! They write super smooth and our imprinted logo was exactly what I asked for. Would like to see blue ink in more of the pens. White and Navy especially.

Love this pen, fine point, writes well, and everyone asks for them. Delivery was just a few days, Anypromo worked with me on my many changes. Great customer service.

Beautiful pen by KACO. Writes smoothly - never skips. It has become a favorite around the office. The soft touch makes it great to give to customers. We will definitely be ordering more in various colors.

They look good! And they write well! We hope that they last look and writing like this!

My team and customers really like these pens. They write smoothly and come in a variety of different inks which adds to the enjoyment of this pen. The only downside is the imprint area is very small, but the overall pen quality is solid.

The pens look great. Thank you so much!

Love these

Love the bright colors and the feel of these Jotter Alvin Soft Touch Gel Pens.

our customer assistant Victoria was exceptional with our order

Ricky was very professional and nice. Updating me at every point - which I appreciated. The shipment came in earlier than expected - which I also appreciated. I will definitely keep AnyPromo.com in mind for next year! Thank you for making your process so easy.

Johana was a great person to work with for this order. The process was simple and straightforward. Johana was very attentive and did a great job getting me the pens I was looking for!

GREAT quality. Everyone in the office likes them. Just reordered twice as many to restock.

We love working with AnyPromo any time we need great swag quickly. Roberto is extremely helpful in answering questions, and making sure we get our order in time. Customer service at AnyPromo is always excellent.

Juanita Zamora was super helpful!!

I used anypromo to order some custom pens for work. The ordering process was simple and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Gabby Martinez was communicative and helpful during every step of the process.

Seamless Experience! It was easy to find the right product, upload the preferred design, and work with Laura M. to finalize the design. Shipment was also pretty darn quick. Will definitely use AnyPromo.com in the future.

Great!

It wasn't too good to be true! AnyPromo has been great, attentive, high-quality and competitively priced.

Thanks Karen for the quick answers. The additional information that you provided was very helpful.

I started my first ever order with AnyPromo through the live chat with Jazmin. After sending in the information needed for my order, Eva stepped in and made the entire ordering process so easy! I loved how seamless she made the process that I placed my second order through her via email and again she made the process so easy. Within 2 weeks we had our order! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and product! Steven was very responsive and helpful in placing and reviewing our order. The pens were perfect - looked just like the mock up!

Juanita Zamora was great! We were able to ask questions about our pen order and get an expedient response with info that helped us place our order. We were wanting an assortment of colors/text and colors on the pens and the site was limited on our options. Juanita easily walked us through the order process. We are thrilled with the work and will be ordering again in the future. Thank you for the great work!

Love love love our pens! And so do our students! We've ordered the olive, orange and black. They feel sleep and write amazing!

We needed a very specific pen ordered, and shipped within a fairly quick window (in bulk). Not only was AnyPromo dramatically cheaper than the next option, but Jennifer helped ensure that we received them on time. She was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The finished product is beautiful and we're so excited to use them at a marketing event coming up.

Very good customer service from Gabby S. My initial order came in small and she worked with me to get that corrected. Very excited to see the updated order

Roberto was so helpful in getting my order squared away! The products were beautiful and are a huge hit in our office. :)

Very happy with my order! Pens turned out beautifully and can't wait to add to my client gift boxes.

Great experience! So helpful with my rush project! They went above and beyond!

The print was not as our previous Pens that we've ordered (I've attached photos of the old pens and the new ones). The print is way too big, and is not the look we are going for. Y'all corrected the direction on the word placement-it's now readable for a right handed pen. That is what we wanted it. But we wanted the logo-Storyline Church to be the same size as the previous ones we ordered. See pictures below. Thank you, Storyline Church

These look even better than I anticipated! The help from the designer was exactly what we needed to make these perfect and we are so happy with them.

Fabiola Zamora assisted me today. She verified everything with the order and was super nice. Thank you Fabiola Zamora

I had to correct the revisions with the team about three different times then I also had to work with two separate representatives so I had to repeat myself by email twice. I did love the fact that I was able to call Briana back directly, she was very nice on the phone and was attentive to my order.

Good price on these pens and an easy order process.

So far so good!

We are very pleased with our pens! They are comfortable to use and are well made. We will continue to be repeat customers on this product. Everyone at AnyPromo is easy to work with, professional and courteous.

Great color blue, the print was well done, and I love that the pens are metal instead of plastic. Attentive customer service. Order arrived earlier than expected.

Very quick customer service! I am very pleased with response times and personal customer service.

Writes smoothly, pretty good product.

These pens are some of the best promotional items out there! Everyone could use a pen & why not give them one of these? The ink writes smoothly & doesn't smudge easily like other pens. The barrel is ergonomic and provides a comfortable grip. The variety of colors also allowed us to promote our brand in color ways that match our logo

These pens are sleek and smooth. They write well & are a great subtle way of promoting your brand.

Great color, pen writes well. Quick turn-around time.

The pens look great. I love working with any promo. Easy & good quality.

I was in a bind because a different vendor ended up telling us last minute that they could not ship our items to us within the time we needed. I had to cancel the order and I found the same item with AnyPromo - at a better price point at that! AnyPromo was SO quick with helping me purchase the item, complete the artwork, and ship. I received the items two days before I needed it!!! They were an incredible team and I HIGHLY recommend AnyPromo!

These pens look great, are much better quality than expected, and they write smoothly. Everyone in our department was pleased.

I worked with Roberto and he was Amazing!!! I had lots of questions that he was very happy to help me with and explain and made the whole process super simple. and we LOVED the result of what we ordered. thank you Roberto!!!!

Excellent Customer Service. Jeannette was great. Our pens look awesome and very pleased with the end product. Would definitely work with AnyPromo again. Diane

Great pens at great price. These were exactly what the acs looking for and will hand out at their expo.

Looks great! the rubber tip is nice, and the ink flows smoothly. Will be a memorable takeaway at public events.

The pen is beautiful However our print is not good. it was not aligned correctly. No choice but to use it since we ordered them for a Cancer Walk for October 8th. No time for correction.

Very pleased with the final product! The logo came out great and the pen writes very well. Comfortable in the hand and very lightweight.

Roberto at AnyPromo is outstanding! They were easy to deal with and the products are great.

Exceeded expectations. The orange is a great color. Our logo looks very clean and the stylus works perfect.

Far exceeded my expectations! The coloris beautiful. My pens will stand out above others! Will purchase again. Thanks for all your help.

Easy process

They look very nice and so far write very nice. Our logo looks very nice on them. Just wish we could get an assortment of colors instead of 250 in one color.

You products are of good quality.
