The Illuminator Mobile LED Ring Flashlight

As far as the customer service my experience ordering with this company was wonderful. Gina Franklin went above and beyond to help me in the ordering process down to the tracking process to making sure our package arrived on time when UPS said they were having a delay. When our order arrived and most of the flash lights did not work she was on top of it to get the issue resolved so we could have the flashlights for the trade show we ordered them for. Now for the not so great part. The product itself. Nothing to do with customer service, I still give customer service a 100%. Our flashlights ended up showing up and 1/2 of them or more did not work after taking the security off the batteries. Gina was going to send out new ones, but we needed them for a trade show for the next business day. After we tore down the flashlights and battery tested them with a volt meter, we found the issue. The wire tab at the end of the bulb was never raised to get connection with the spring that went to the battery so it was not getting any power to work. After figuring this out we tested all of them fixing the ones that did not work. This was very time consuming taking our men off of production at our business to do so. But at the end of the day we did have working flashlights for our trade show.

A rep was assigned to my order who assisted with the logo proof which included a recommended sizing change so that the imprint would be more legible. I appreciate the effort this company makes to ensure a quality product. The pens arrived in perfect condition - no broken or missing parts - and the imprint was perfect on every single one. This was a big plus for me as I have worked with other promo companies where this was not the case. They were also fantastic at correcting a mistake. Several of the pens were of the wrong ink color. These pens write really nicely and we love the way the feel in hand. The rubber coating has a nice grip to it. They are on the smaller/thinner side - the stylus tip is a nice touch! (The gold is more of a pinkish rose gold, so not quite what I was expecting.) Overall, we are happy with these pens.

I wish the logo could have been printed on the front of the hard hat, however, these are good size and look nice.

I see why it's called a Mirage pen. It looks like a metal pen, but in fact, it is plastic although it does not indicate that anywhere on the product page. Quality is not what was expected, but the pens are fine.

Pen writes great but it doen't feel good in the hand. It's too light. Definitely get a sample before ordering. Great price for what it is.

The pen is a beautiful color, loved the style. For the print on the slate blue pen we selected silver, but it is very difficult to read. Maybe white or black would have been a better choice.

The emerald green is beautiful and makes a white logo really shine. These are very attractive pens, with a nice, smooth ink flow.

For the price point, you would have a hard time finding a better pen. Yes, it's cheap, plastic and not the studiest but it has a great metallic sheen giving it an appearance like a metal pen. Also has a functional stylus, makes a great give away for the hospitality industry.

Our client's LOVE these pens. After hours of searching for the lowest price point for Javelin Stylus pens, AnyPromo was hands down the cheapest. If you haven't used a Javelin Stylus pen, you dont know what you're missing. The logo came out great. I ordered the black pens and had our logo printed in gold. Looks great, but i just wish the "gold" actually looked more gold and less of a rusty orange. However, I knew before I placed the order that a more genuine gold was not available, and the proofs were an accurate representation of the final product.
