7" X 8" X 1/8" Soft Mouse Pad

Thank you so much for your follow up on our order. As a freelance designer, I was very pleased with your timely updates during the production process for this project. (Rosa was my contact, and her email updates were great). I was pleased that everything went smoothly, and the final product actually arrived ahead of schedule, (based on default production estimates). My client is pleased with their mousepads, there were no surprises, no problems. Nice print job! To be honest, because your prices were lower than other vendors, I had some initial concerns (I had expected some sort of hiccup along the way in the process, but was pleasantly surprised.) The mousepads arrived properly shipped; the only negative feedback client had was that upon opening the box, they gave off a smell/rubber odor, like tennis balls, but after unpacking them and airing them out for one afternoon they were fine. I have one of them on my desk now and there is no smell unless you stick your nose directly up to it.

The first print had an issue, Anypromo reprinted it no charge. Great customer support. The new print was as expected.
