There was a mistake with my order, I was not sure who was at fault, I was not happy, But Any Promo went above and beyond to satisfy me. I don't know if everybody is as helpful that works there, but the lady that helped me *GABBY SERRANO* Was one of the most helpful and pleasant people I ever had the pleasure of working with, GABBY SERRANO* Was so helpful that I purchased more product, I was so upset at first that I did not know if I would ever use them again, even though it was an honest mistake, But *GABBY SERRANO* Was so professional and kind and thorough, she followed up every day, GABBY sent me samples to assure I would be satisfied, I normally do not write reviews because I feel as though that is their job, But in this case, I had Too, GABBY went above and beyond her duties and Any Promo you should hang a employee of the month plaque and you should teach all your staff to follow whatever steps that GABBY follows, you cannot go wrong.
