As far as cheap giveaways go, this is the bomb. The light comes out of the end, and if you switch the button, the light comes out of the sides to illuminate the whole thing. It's lightweight and completely made of plastic. The pen writes well, too. I'm glad we got them!

We love these swivel USB drivers! I gave 4 stars just because the finish on the colored part varies, but there is no way of knowing which finish you will be getting. I have ordered them 2 other times in blue and green and it was a soft matte finish, but my most recent order was red, and the finish is hard, shiny, metallic. I do not prefer the most recent finish. I wish it specified that on the website.

I ordered 2,000 USB's in 2 different colors. The USB's are great, they serve the exact purpose that my company needed them for. HOWEVER, BUYER BEWARE - If you are ordering hundreds and are planning on preloading them with information, make sure you purchase these without packaging! When they arrived these needed to be loaded to be sent to a show and I had to individually unbox and un bag each USB I needed. These are definitely NOT packaged with the environment in mind, there is ..so.. much.. waste.. Not only that, this has wasted so much time unboxing all of these. I had no idea that these would be packaged like this or I would have made sure they weren’t packaged like this, I figured they would be boxed in packs of ten or 25... In addition, if you are ordering more than one color, you have no idea which color is which until you open the box since there is no indication on any of the packages until you open them all up. The 3 star review is strictly due to packaging.

Received USB drives today. I had been in contacted on multiple occasions through chat and with customer service through e-mail, and was told that the outer casing would be silver, which is what I wanted for the engraving. However, I received blue on blue. This is both a good and bad thing. Good, in that the engraved logo pops even more, but bad in that the blues don't match all that great. If I had been given correct information, I would have ordered a differed base color. So know, even though customer care doesn't, that the swivel part, if you are getting it engraved, doesn't come in silver.

We love the USB Drives. They are the right color, and they have a nice, quality feel. The customer service team was very responsive and alerted us when they foresaw a problem with our design. Arrived sooner than expected, staff recommended going with a different color swivel when laser engraving logo. We chose grey and they said it wouldn't show up very well, so we changed to black and we were very happy they made the suggestion. Very satisfied with the product.
