The pens do not write as smoothly as I had hoped. While I'm writing the ink flow will stop and I have to go over it several times to get the ink going again. The printing on the pen rubs off easily which is very disappointing.

The pen is very nice and the graphics came out really well, but quite a few of the pens do not seem to be assembled well. The first pen I took out of the box fell apart and a part is now missing in the box. Many of them need to be screwed together.

The pens seem to be of good quality, but when we received them, none of them were screwed together correctly, so as people would grab them out of our bowl, they would fall apart. We spent half our conference down time screwing together pens, because we had ordered 2000 of them.

The pen works but the logo placement did not match the logo placement in the proof. The proof showed the logo at the top of the barrel but the actual pen had the logo much closer to the center. Not what we had anticipated.

Our pens came out looking very professional, and they arrived on time. We are excited to hand them out to our prospective clients! Our company will definitely use Any Promo again for any further promotional items we may need.

Very happy with these pens. The yellow barrel really is sharp with the black imprint. Pens came fast and wright very nice. The ordering process is easy. Will definitely be ordering more when needed.

I would not order this pen again. The impression looks awful on most all them. We have ordered pens before with no issues, so I think the issue is the metal/aluminum barrel the imprint is on. Lesson learned and we will not order this type of pen for imprinting again.

Pleased with speed of processing and shipment. Quality of pen was OK. I have used this style pen from other companies and thought I was getting the same pen. You can obviously see the seam in the plastic and on most of them my logo is printed right on the seam. I will order elsewhere or a different style pen next time.

The pen quality is good... not great and the print job was kind of ok, not so clear to read my Century 21 logo. For the price paid I got my money's worth but feel this could have had a better job. I would probable rate 3 stars but price was really good.
