Patriotic (TM) Stars And Stripes Pencil

Our patients are absolutely thrilled with these mood-changing pencils; they have so much fun experimenting with the different colors, and it adds a delightful, engaging element to their experience!

The pencils turned out perfect! I was worried the school logo would be blurry because our proofs didn't show the best quality. I was VERY happy when we received them and they look FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! The kids will be so excited about color changing pencils! Thank you so much!!!

Everyone loves these pencils!

Love the color changing!

Very easy process on website, much easier to choose assortments than other websites.

Quick & Easy! Rosa Martin was great to work with, and was able to make the necessary edits to create the perfect product for my company. Will order again next time from AnyPromo.

Truly appreciate the customer service from Ana. She truly cares about her job and the people she works with. Working with Ana is the reason I am a repeat customer!

We use these for student prizes. Everyone loves them, even the adults. Our logo looks great on them. Thanks for your great customer service.

The pencils turned out perfect. We ordered an assortment and the colors are bright. The promotional information on the pencils are very clear. We will definitely order them again in the future. Thank you.

So when we got these pencils, it was very warm out and I was underwhelmed because the writing was white and it didn't show well on the colors. HOWEVER, as the package cooled down, they returned to black and the logo looked great. The color change is dramatic and kids will LOVE them! Looking forward to handing them out.

Everything came in earlier than expected in and excellent condition!

Perfect - the kids just LOVE them.

Great

Need REALLY warm hands to change these, but its really neat and kids love it!

Third time around and the best this time.

Great!

Printing color athletic gold perfect. Delivery quick and timely

The pencils were a big hit with the kids we gave them to. We will also use them for table favors and other events for our club. Unique. Should add a paper explaining the black may discolor in cold weather as this order went through a cold area on its way here. When cold, black looks purple. when warmed to room temperature, the black returns.

The black doesn't fade as quickly into the blue as the blue mood pencil we purchased.

We are very pleased with both the quality of this product and the coordination required to deliver it in time for our event. We were advised ahead of time that the small “TM” in our logo might not be perfectly visible; however, the team’s efforts still resulted in a successful print. The color and overall print quality met our expectations. One note for future customers is to carefully review the mock-up proof and check any sidebar alerts about potential print issues. I initially missed these alerts, and the concern was not flagged by AnyPromo—one of my colleagues ultimately pointed it out. We ordered samples in two color combinations, as shown in the image below. We were more satisfied with the white and blue option than the green and black, as the small “TM” is noticeably clearer on the white and blue print.

The pencils look great! They came out perfect. I just wish that there was an easy way (and for the same price) to order 500 where I get 100 of 5 different colors, or something more fun than just 500 white pencils. Btu I do love them. Thaks!

Product was great and client was happy. These came out spectacular and client is going these away at a trade show.

I was very happy with the product as it came through. We had asked for two lines of print on the pencils and not only were they included in the color requested but the print was large enough to be easily read. We are very satisfied with what we received.

Always had very good products and customer service.

great

Super nice product and fast delivery. Will definitely order again. This review requirements is a little much though.

The pencils were perfect! Just what we expected and satisfied with the cost and production time - QUICK turn around.

They were beautiful the colours were bright and the printing dark and bold. Except I did not get all of my shipment..125 of each instead i got 145 if one 80 of another plus i did not recieve 500 i was short 45 pencils. Would like to reciece the remainder asap

Excellent help. Even to applying the tax exemption for our NFP. Thank you.

I am unsure how the text and the logo will be placed on the product. I wish there was a way for me to have a preview before I checked out.

Super snazzy in gold with black print. Great price, too. Very happy with this item. Highly recommend and will purchase them again.

Great selection but shipping and set up fees are high

easy process and loved the coupon code given right at checkout, that was awesome!

Love these pencils for our students to use and it makes a great give away item to prospective enrolling families

Good product for the money. Fast and friendly service and shipping. Very helpful in the customer service!

It was very easy, and the product is great

Nice eraser, sharpens well. Beautiful design you created for me. I will be buying more in the future.

They turned out great. The whole process was easy and I like that you kept me up to date every step of the way. I will definitely be using your company again

The pencils we ordered came out exactly as ordered and were delivered in time as it was a last minute order. Thank you!

I ask a customer service rep if I was able to come pick up my shipment since I didn't want to pay the shipping fee. She never got back to me and still ended up paying for shipping costs

We chose the natural wood with bright green printing. They look great! Would definitely recommend this product.

Beautiful design and functionality It was just what I thought it would be. We were very satisfied. It fit the need for our target audience.

Just what I expected. Thanks. there really isn't anything I didn't like about the product

We thought these turned out much better than we expected. Rosa is very friendly, helpful, courteous, and prompt. Looks great, nice weight so it does not feel cheap or flimsy.

this was my favorite product in my entire order. Excellent gift to promot your brand. Well made, arrived on time. Good product for reasonnable price.

Many positive comments about this product. tools of the trade! We used this at an auto convention to give to the attendees and what a hit!

My logo looked fantastic! Top quality and looked great upon receipt.

These came out much better than I had expected. these are great!

satisfied with the quality of the product. this product is durable and has worked well for us. Moreover the printing of our logo is very high quality and looks great! Very responsive and recieved my order when it was promised.

We have a fairly detailed logo and it looks perfect on the finished product. this is a great mug for the money. I had good communication with AnyPromo as well.

Great as free gifts for the organization! We are very pleased with the overall product.

We like the quality of the print. There is not much to "not like". Our staff was happy to get more than one.

It was a great weight and looked very good. Packaging was a bonus.

Overall I was happy using the service. This was very popular and everything went smoothly.

Thank you for a pleasant job. With our company logo printed on the thermos, it looked very high end for a minimal cost. Our employees were thrilled with their gift. I highly recommend this product.

I have used AnyPromo and have found them to be extremely professional. They follow through to make sure the customer gets what they need. Looks great. Very durable - after a year and a half this still looks like it did when it was new. We'll be ordering more from Anypromo in the future.

Both the quality of the product as well as the imprint of our logo were great.

This item is excellent & our logo design came out very nice. Wonderful customer support! Thanks.

Cost great and and love the graphics. Happy with the pencils.

Happy with the products. Perfect - unique and clients love them.

Pencils were great. Gave them at a health fair and everyone wanted more than one.

The pencils were very good quality and clearly printed with message.

There were no surprises with this particular item. Very economical plus they look great.

Value for that cost. I have now provided over 1000 to those at writing conventions.

Will certainly order again. Pencil looks great and sharpen straight.

I received great customer service from Yessenia and Albert. My pencils look amazing and we received them in time for our event.

The lead in the pencils tend to go back up in the pencil while you are writing. Kinda disappointed in the pencil. When you get one that stay out its a nice pencil and writes good. I don't think I will be ordering these again.

I recieved what I expected and it was shipped on time. We used this as a thank you gift for employees who participated in our annual giving campaign. I loved the product and those that received it were really impressed.

Very happy with the product. print quality on the ornament was much better than I had expected. This can be an excellent item. Very professional looking!

They appear great! I had been very impressed! We will use your company again.

It was the quality I expected and everything else was excellent. It arrived earlier than expected and Alicia was so helpful to make that happen.

I liked the professional quality of the product. Looked great and turned out well.

Clients love them. They all are cut exactly the same way, very even.

These were exactly the way we requested them to be made. Plus, they were shipped sooner than anticipated. Awesome service! Awesome turn around time!

Good quality and colors We will most likely order more next year due to the big success we are having. Veronica followed through every step of the way and gave me confidence that even with our short timeline we would be able to get the results I needed.

These mechanical pencils are very nice. The production time and shipping was extremely fast. We will purchase again in the future. These are a great marketing tool for any business. Also, the price is great!

I loved what your art department did with our logo. Very creative and they created more options for us to choose from. Great job and very helpful. It had been perfect, precisely what I was searching for.

Good looking product and the imprinting came out really well. Veronica did a great job in accomodating our specific needs for ordering this product. It had been properly packed for shipment.

Excellent customer service, product and response!

thanks for that! The print on the pencils has held up well. Love the color.

Very happy with this product...so much so we have sold it to a customer & ordered some for them. this was an innovative way of delivering our message to our partners. The merchandise met my anticipation and also the representative was very useful.

Our organization logo design looks outstanding. the product is exactly what you see on the website!

everything looks great as usual! this is a great and trendy give-a-way for people of all ages. They were a huge hit at our event!

the customer service from Rosy was wonderful. She covered everything and was extremely helpful. The product itself was pretty good.

Solid, well made, and will be impressive to give out at our next event. We most liked the quality for the price.

We received numerous compliments about this product. The logo design looked excellent.

Precisely what we wanted and expected. Great work! The cost was inside our budget.

Our workers are happy with the quality from this product. Printing is excellent.

We ordered them and were very pleased with them. Everyone loved it.

A fantastic little notebook for folks to carry around, which keeps your information in front of them!

Adorable!! Perfect printing job and quality product. Thank you!

These are cute little notebooks that flew off the table at our trade show. Well made and easy-to-see logo.

I ordered notebooks and my rep Roberto P. was super great! He made the process easy and perfect! Cheers!

The prices are really good. However, I couldn't get the product I was looking for.

Many options and colors.

This was my first order and I could not be happier with how my item turned out. Online ordering was very easy and the follow up from my business development specialist, Alyssa Kleinpell, was superb. She answered any lingering questions I had and kept me informed of my order status. Very fast shipping as well! Very pleased!!

I thought it would be bigger but the help and graphics are good. I will order more when needed. My rep was very helpful and answered any questions i had

We were so pleased with our previous order of these notebooks that we ordered 400 more. They will be perfect for an upcoming tourism and business networking evening.

Any promo is easy to use with simple instructions for ordering and great prices.

The website is easy to navigate and find what I am looking for.

The notebooks are a little smaller that I thought, but otherwise we like them. I also think our graphic/logo could have been just a little bit bigger. Overall, we are satisfied. The ordering process was quick and efficient and our Sales Rep, Akira, was great throughout the whole thing. Thanks!

The mini notebooks were well received by those visiting our booth. Briana Reed was very pleasant to work with, the product received in time as requested.

Fast and accurate

This came back smaller than I expected but that's my own fault. Looks good, feels good. Print was quality on the front.

The notebook is too small.

I have an order in process. All is going well.

Exactly what I was expecting! A great little notepad.

Smaller than I expected. For others who don't read measurments it will fit in the palm of your hand. They are very cute and well made I like them.

I think these are so cute. I love them. They are small enough to pop into your purse, or computer bag, and take anywhere. I can't wait to give them out to everyone!

Thank you so much AnyPromo! I LOVE my sticky micro books, it came out even better than I thought it would. And service was great, and Eva Andrade was really helpful. Thank you so much! We regularly need new swag- and I will definitely be using your website for products!

I like that the reorder now individually wraps the books to prevent color transfer. Our original order had a few color transfers, but this order is perfect because of the wrapping.

I was able to use the chat function and in the middle of my ordering, I received a phone call for additional help. Very efficient and helpful!

Easy, user friendly website for ordering.

It has been really good.

These little books are a huge hit, love how they turned out! It's nice to have some functional swag. It was so easy to design as well.

Tell you when I get the product.

These handsome and useful gifts were well received by our major donors and board members. Thank you.

While the product was smaller than we thought, it is high quality. We think our agents will like it.

You guys made the impossible happen and got me all that I needed quickly and everything looks perfect

I had a great experience with your customer service staff.

We loved them! They were perfect for our use. But more than that, all of my promo work is going to AnyPromo. They made sure we had our order on very short notice. They worked well with us, very communicative and answered every question and email immediately. Thank you for great product and superb customer service.

It is much smaller than we were looking for and expected. The quality of it appears to be very nice, and the post-it and flags seem to be nicely affixed to the hardbound booklet we are just disappointed with the size and wanted something larger for our promo gifts.

This is sure to be a popular giveaway. The quality of the product was very good, the personalization was spot on. Anypromo did a great job meeting its time commitments. I will definitely be using them again!

We love these sticky note books! They came packaged well, so no damage to any of them. Can't wait to hand them out at our Expo! Already gave one out to a client as a sneak preview, and they loved it!

Excellent product.

The product made our logo stand out! It was a big hit at several of our most recent marketing events. People kept coming back to our table for a 2nd and 3rd time to request more of the product. Thanks Anypromo!!!!

These were by far the biggest hit! Even other vendors were asking for them.

We should have been more diligent with reviewing the dimensions. This photo is pretty deceiving. This notebook measures 2 1/4" x 3 1/2" ... When looking at the picture - i thought it would be @ least 3½"x5".

They got the job done correctly and on time without any trouble. The product looks GREAT! Thank you!

Fast Service

Delivered earlier than expected, which was a big relief. Product is appropriate. We would likely buy from AnyPromo in the future.

Very pleased with the quality of this product as well the design, printing, and shipping process. Thank you, Eva and team!

These are Good bags. Perfect timing. Nice and simple. Will make great goody-bag gifts for our staff.

Very pleased with the tote bags. The quality is good and the service was fast. My order was a rush and they delivered!!

This is probably the 4th order I've placed for these. We love it! We will be placing another order in the near future

reorder was easy although I couldn't find my last virtual proof.

Great experience with Rayo and Vanessa Avila! really helped out a lot.

Placing the order, reviewing the proofs and waiting for the item to arrive was such a breeze! The price point was also excellent! My only issue was with the yellow bags. It seems they are of a softer material than the tan ones and were packaged in a way that caused a lot of wrinkles and huge creases in the bag. Regardless I am very happy and look forward to placing more orders in the future!

Shopping on AnyPromo.com is the easiest task!

My product is exactly as ordered. Turnaround was quick, efficient and cost effective.

This was the first experience that I have had with AnyPromo.com and Patty Madrid provided me with great customer service! She was patient with me and answered all the questions that I had!

Great product and it was more than expected. We highly recommend this item to anyone promoting an event

Thank you!

The bags are good quality, the colors are vibrant. We received the items with plenty of time before our event. Overall, Very pleased!

I"ve gotten a few different emails and paid once... then another to pay again. CONFUSING! AND, you have tried sseveral times to get a payment to go through my bank. It's a good thing they don't charge me for that. (I had to "up" my spending limit before it could go through)

great product, Eva was a wonderful service p erson. well done. love the feedback and the efficient service also

Riley does an outstanding job with all of my orders!!

Bigger than I expected. Would love a medium sized option. Great for filling with goodies for Customer appreciation, or to welcome a new Customer (our top two uses).

I am praying that I receive the order at least by 7/11/19, or earlier if possible. The entire experience was professional and quite enjoyable to work with the representatives, especially Erin Gonzalez. Artwork department was efficient.

I am so happy about the people whom I talked to. ...I am looking forward to receiving my order on the date agreed upon.. Thanks and more power!

These are a great, economical bag to resell at our farmer's markets. We resell them for what we paid and get the advertising to boot. Also helping to reduce our plastic/paper bag costs.

Great quality, worked good for our annual race. Ordering again this year.

Overall: Very pleased. Good looking bags; look just as expected from the proof. A couple of notes: Because of the construction, doesn't like to stand "square" like in the pictures ... there aren't vertical seams at all four corners to define those edges. This isn't a problem for me, but some people may prefer sharper corners. My only other concern was that one or two bags (out of 100) had some ink smudging on the reverse side, likely from being packed so tightly with other bags. All in all, quite pleased. Good bag for the price. At this point I believe I will reorder when I run out of my current stock.

multitude of items, easy to find set up costs could be modified

Easy to deal with

They were larger than expected, but fantastic. The gray bag was the perfect fit for our logo. This will be an excellent give a way at our next trade show.

easy quick and a lot of variety

na

the quick chat function is so helpful for newbies.

so far , very easy process.

Simple and easy ordering

Service took longer than expected. My design had to be corrected TWICE!

lovely

easy to order have not seen final product

great and quick!

Item pricing was great. Chat was slow, faster to call. Overall experience was 4 star.

Thank you! Look forward to seeing the proof.

The picture of the bag shows that it is taller than it’s wide. Actual bag received is wider and shorter. The logo looked great and the burgundy color of the bag was very attractive.

Looks great. Rated a 4 star and not a 5 star as the bag in the photo is not the one I received. The bag in the photo is a rectangle and the one I received has a more oval shape at the bottom.

purchasing was simple and easy. Also i found the review on this product helpful in making my purchase.

Speedy checkout!

User friendly, easy and great service on live chat. I am thinking the set up fee for every item is a bit much.

Bags are well constructed. Nice large printing of logo. Next time I would reorder a bag with a bottom insert for sturdier construction, otherwise, our customers appreciate the bag!

Very Impressed with the product. We ordered these for an upcoming expo and will work perfectly. Best bang for the buck from what I have found online.

different size than we usually order, but a great product overall. we like th ewidth of the base of the bag.

fast, inexpensive and a quality product, customer service was very helpful and quick to help.

Tote bags turned out perfect! Already had another business ask where they were printed so they could be referred! Thank you.

The bags were very large, the blue was spot on to our color and our logo looked great- we are EXTREMELY happy with this item/purchase.

My logo came out perfectly printed on the bag. Good quality and size for my needs.

My logo came out perfectly printed on the bag. Good quality and size for my needs.

The item received looks nothing like the one pictured. The size on the description does not indicate length or height. Much different than what I thought we purchased.

Great experience and helpful staff.

Amazing color and printing was so crisp and clear but the size of the bag was not great. I guess I took a cue from the photo which was misleading and ended up with a much wider bag then I anticipated.

Very pleasant, helpful, and assuring of my needs.

The tote bags are just great - perfect for our event! We just know our families will love them and we will be seeing them around town a lot. Our logo looks wonderful and is clear and large. So glad we went to you for our order!

The bags weren't 100% what I wanted but they were great for the price. I would have liked the plastic bottom in them because of how we use them. The service I received was excellent. Everything was handle quickly. I didn't have to wait for any answers. Best company to deal with. Customer service is above and beyond any other place I've ordered from!

I usually love the products I get from you, but this one really didn't reach my expectations. It looks very cheap and low quality. The picture looks a lot more sturdy and it really isn't. Not happy with this product.

Quick and easy.

The totes were great. We gave them away for our 5th fund raising anniversary and everyone loved them.

Exactly what we wanted and needed... Well buy more!

The whole process was great! Great product, quick service, can't ask for more.

Will definitely use again! Awesome job! Fast delivery!

These books are great! Love how soft the cover is and the how professional looking they are. Perfect for new hires to take notes or for our professionals to take notes during the meetings.

These journals are just perfect. Very high quality so they will last through use. Our logo was a little pixilated but they were able to fix it and have the final product looking awesome and professional. Highly recommend.

This item exceeded my exceptions!! This journal is superb quality and it feels nice in your hands. The overall production and design time is super fast. Everyone at the conference loved them!

Great experience overall. Only point of frustration was the images online appeared larger on the items than you had for a "printable area."

Very impressed. Better than I expected. Great customer service and work by the graphics staff. Will definitely order again

This is a third reorder of the same product. Our design is fairly intricate, and there were many flags warning the printing may not be clear. However, we have been satisfied with the overall print quality.

The ordering process was very smooth, and the product specialist, Mario, was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Very quick responses and shipment. Ricky answered all my questions and helped ensure a seamless experience. Thank you-

Very Pleased!!! The Soft Cover Journal looks great!!

Mario M was a great help on the order for notepads. From the beginning of the order thru the delivery he touched base with me. The notepads turned out great!

The journals we ordered (on a very tight timeline) as favors for my mom’s 70th birthday celebration were perfect! They were exactly as shown on the website, and the materials and printing were very high quality. Our customer care rep, Victoria Alanis, was excellent, very responsive and saw the process through from start to finish. I will start here for personalized bulk items in the future.

Happy with these journals. Logo looks great and I’m happy with the purchase.

easy to find. had exactly what I was looking for. priced very fair

My experience with this company is very complimentary. Jackie my sales agent gets a 5 star for her attention to our needs. I was blown out of the water when my items arrived 6 days ahead of expected delivery time I also would like to recognize Wilson in getting the job done. 5 stars also go out to him. Job well done. Thank you Harold P

So pleased with the quality of this bound journal! It far exceeds my expectations. We will order more for sure.

Johana Burgos is a great customer service rep.

We've ordered these in black and they look so good and sleek! Our journals are a hit with our community. Can't wait to place another order.

This is our second time ordering these journals. We love them and will continue to purchase our personalized promos from this company.

Beyond pleased! The product and customer service was exceptional. I have found my go-to promotional company!

Roberto provided an excellent service through the whole process. Thank you Roberto!

The reorder was simple and quick!

I placed a rush order for journals online. Riley Haynie and Akira worked with me to get all of my details correct and they made sure that we received our order in time. The journals are beautiful and the price was reasonable. We will be using AnyPromo.com in the future!

Exactly what we were looking for. Production and Delivery was very quick. Overall, we're very pleased.

Really great quality, price, customer service from Taylor Cano, our Customer Service Representative, and amazing speed in receiving our order. Definitely will order from AnyPromo again in the future.

GREAT! We have these out for patients to take as they leave - they love them! The logo is VERY small though, maybe they have updated this, but that was the only disappointing part.

They are nice but the logo was not completely centered and a bit crooked otherwise we like them. Super fast shipping.

Your service was as usual great and timely. Easy and straightforward!

The notebooks look great and the price is unbeatable (I know because I shopped around). They're a handy size, too – not too big, not too small.

Would have liked the option to apply the discount coupon on checkout... other than that, the quote and order process is seamless...

bien

Always easy

Some of the codes would say not valid because you order isn't over $125 when I was over $200 ??? Also, wish like other sites you could see your logo on the items right away, would help with choosing color of products.

Super easy ordering process!

thanks

Site was a little challenging to find what I needed but when I called for support was greeted and helped with great customer service!

Very satisfied when I called with questions.

nice easy process...understanding the billing wasn't as straightforward and clear so I didn't give 5 stars but it was good enough so I placed the order.

I don't think the descriptions of what our design needed to include is enough information. I had no idea what the TBD meant or the terms for centering meant.

The notebook has a nice feel and the printed logo is clean. I appreciate the timely fashion they delivered it in!

Great and easy to order. Love it

I received the initial email for proof approval on October 13th. I responded on October 14th to have the logo rotated 90 degrees. I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.

I wish there was an option for different colored paper (other than white). Other than that very happy with my order.

AnyPromo worked with me through a whole bunch of samples and logo until my customers were completely satisfied.

They are a bit smaller than I anticipated, but look wonderful. Great color, perfectly branded. Another fantastic experience with AnyPromo!

Great item; very pleased with printing on front of journal; service great; shipped quickly

The journal was nice. The wording and logo just were not centered, but it still looked nice. The customer service was nice and the representative did all the she could within the time constraints presented.

Great

This journal is awesome and very affordable. I was slightly disappointed with the limitation of the location for the graphic to be printed on the front. But customer service was very helpful and accommodating, even though the final product was not exactly what I wanted. I would definitely order this again for my customers as I get so many positive comments about this gift.

THE Y WERE THE PERFECT SIZE AND THE IMPRINT WAS PERFECT.

Quick, easy transaction and the finished product is just as expected.

For the price I cannot complain! The stickies are nice colors, the booklet is a little flimsy but that coincides with the great price so we are happy with it! Great budget friendly item that still impresses!

Great!

My representative, Jazmin, was very helpful and diligent in helping me secure the right promos for my book event. I appreciate her efforts and will definitely refer the company based on my personal experience

I needed sticky note pads to go along with custom pens for a book conference. I ran out of time and the special expired, but Jazmin worked with ME! I was about to look at competitor prices, but she had my back as if I were her only customer. :) I got what I want and have shipped them to the hotel. As an author, representation matters for book sales. I think this product is a winner.

The product looks really good. I am happy with it.

The products offered are varied and cost-effective. I am happy with all the items I've ordered over the last couple of years. This latest ordering experience was above and beyond, so I wanted to thank Javier for all his service and helping me track multiple items with different timelines. He responded consistently and quickly. I felt confident that it was all being handled appropriately so was able to feel a sense of relief about all these moving parts once I handed them over to AnyPromo! I will continue to first shop here for future needs. Highly recommended!!

These were well made and will be great for new employee gift bags and to give out to clients. We are happy!

AnyPromo is amazing, with good quality products with a quick turnaround. We had an issue with a color discrepancy on a order and Gabby S took control of the situation and found the best resolution. It's good to see a team own the client experience and take solid corrective action. We will definitely be back.

Print was too small and I needed to add the address and phone number but since it was my first time out, I blew it. Learned a lot from this experience.

I ordered 500 customized sticky books, and the first set arrived in terrible condition - all scratched up, as if they’d been in the bottom of someone’s purse for a year! I thought I was stuck because our event was just a few days away by the time the items arrived. Fortunately, Fabiola Zamora was able to get her warehouse to reproduce and sent a new, undamaged set to me within 48 hours, free of additional charge. It was great customer service and I was really grateful to her!! She definitely made me willing to order from this company again, despite the poor first impression of their products!

Our recent experience was great, Yessenia was communicative and able to answer any questions.

I Love how they turned out. The only issues are they are so thin and small. I thought for sure it would be bigger and thicker

I was going to cancel my order due to old incorrect information on the reorder. But thanks to Gerson, who helped me save time by revising the existing order information and sending an updated order confirmation I didn't have to cancel the existing order and start over again.

Fabiola Zamora did a great job on assisting me and my sample should be ready soon. Very quick, fast, and professional.

Design came out better than I had hoped!

Laura was such a pleasure to work with! Her follow-up was prompt and consistent, resulting in product that surpassed our expectations! Great experience, looking forward to another order soon!

These look great, are a nice size and quality. We are giving these out to teens for a reading program.

Super quick and easy. Love the Platinum Membership.

Printing is nice and clean. Notebooks are as expected. The material on the cover shows all fingerprints. Not a huge deal but not ideal

Robert was so far above and beyond what I would expect via a company representative from a company I've never purchased from before! I called the general company number because I received a second notice for an order I had already (I thought) approved. He verified I needed to approve still and said he would let Briana know about my call. He then called me back and said he checked the system and it didn't appear I'd approved still--he waited for me to re-access the link and told me where I needed to click to add my initials. He's a godsend for taking such personal care to check the system and personally call me to ensure my order was being processed! I mean--who even cares enough to do that! I would have been very messed up at work if Robert weren't as attentive and thorough in ensuring my order completion. He gets 1M stars from me!

Thank you I received my red journals today and they are good quality. My only issue is that my message isn't centered and that the metallic gold doesn't show up on the red as well as it did on the proof. But I would order this item again. Thank you for prompt processing of my order. This is not my first time using your company and I will continue to do business with you.

The size and the printing of the logo were very nice.Received lots of positive feedback.

Met our anticipation! Great pen. Customers recognize that its made from recycled products and like that. the product has good quality.

this is a nice highlighter, but more importantly, the customer service I recieved was top-knotch! Compact giveaway with high perceived value. Good job!!

We do not have any complaints, everything was great. Thanks

Ease of ordering, good service to offer. High quality.

I just want to say how good Rosa was with working with me. we will order more when we run out of these. the products looked much better in real life. Thanks! It is a product I will recommend if you looking for quality.

The product is an excellent accessory for our marketing materials. They are a large hit with the employees!

I'm very impressed using the pens. Great value for the quality of the product. Good experience. I think it is perfect and I plan to order.

Clients loved the size, color and sturdiness. Greatly writes and we get so many compliments from our customers.

Cheap but not too cheap. Really loved the high quality of the product.

They are GREAT and EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED!! Will definitely order again next year! It had been great. I made use of them myself and located these to constitute top quality.

We love these - great product and wonderful price. I will definitely use AnyPromo again for purchase orders. Thanks.

Product was exactly what we were looking. Quality was excellent. Happy with this item. Will probably order some more.

Our Corporate Logo design layout look great. I'll certainly just use them again.

This company is great to work with. They are so reliable and their products are high quality at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and their merchandise.

Product turned out great and easy to order and quick turn around time.

Perfect size tote bags. Logo is nice and big!

Great, exactly what I was looking for!

The digital ordering process went fairly smoothly. Bags were received in the expected timeframe. Graphics were clear.

The non-woven tote bag - 8" x 10" This bag is the perfect size for our new patient welcome package! We love it

Exactly what we need! Riley Haynie is amazing! He answered every question I had and exceeded my expectations. I also have to thank Alfred from the graphics department for nailing our logo. I would recommend a thousand times! Thank you!

Alyssa was so very helpful and I had plenty of questions

So I called and a representative by the name of John answered..WOW! He was so helpful, I was floored. Walked me through everything and just was willing to guide me. A PLUS -- all that he said they would do, was done and in the time that he said it. This is what customer service looks like and I am so grateful that I called. Thank you again John and keep typing. :)

Great customer service . Excellent product. I love it. Will use them again for sure.

I was very pleased. Every person I dealt with was responsive and helpful. I truly appreciate them. Job well done. Beautiful product. I love it!

These were high quality. Great item. We ordered the turquoise bags and used our logo in all white. It really stood out, and anyone loved them.

Bag met all expectations. Printed graphics are clear and not blurry. Ordering process went smoothly.

Re-ordered this product again. We love it - it is the perfect size for distribution to our patients!

You guys are amazing. We have ordered this more than once and they are the best! I have even referred this item to several friends and they are all pleased.
