Mug is a bit smaller than expected. The logo imprint area was also smaller so the logo isn't as large and visible as expected. Frost color didn't look like photo; not very frosted.

We were able to get it adjusted and printed like we wanted. She didn't have to do that since we did approve the original design but she went out of her way to make sure we got a good product. We were also on a time crunch and with the help of Ana, and whoever else helps to get things printed and shipped, we were able to get these items when we needed them. expected the embroidery to be bigger. They had to shrink it down so it's harder to see. Not like the picture in the advertisement. The quality of the hat is fine.

These were a huge hit. They are so very soft and they look clean and sharp! We bought the navy strip and our logo was yellow. It came out great and really popped!

These are very cute. However, the pom has falling off multiple beanies I have ordered. I would not purchase these again. I feel they are very cheap and not worth the amount spent on buying them. My soccer teams were very disappointed.

This was my first experience with Anypromo.com and it was great! Yareli, my customer service person was wonderful to talk (email) to and she was very patient with me as we worked on the logo. I will definitely contact Yareli again!

These slap bracelets were exactly what we wanted! These ones are the full 12" long bracelets that easily wrap around any wrist and even wrap around the upper arms (perfect for running at night). The only downside to the bracelets is that because they wrap, you only get a narrow 5" wide window to put a logo into. At first, our logo barely filled the bracelet, but thanks to the help of the graphics team, we were able to fill the window with various clip-art designs which made for great looking design. The graphics team went above and beyond what was required, it took about 4 proofs until I was finally able to get the perfect design, but everyone that helped me was willing to help and provided some great ideas to make the bracelets just right. I would absolutely recommend these slap bracelets for promotional items or small gift; they are super easy to customize, easy to carry around, and put a smile on anyone's face when you give it to them.
