Your system wouldn’t accept my business address so I couldn’t request a sample using your online facility. I sent Neil an email about my inability to get a sample, and then called and left a message on his voicemail... both of which he never responded. I’m hopeful all will go well with placing this order without assistance or seeing the product prior to ordering.

Printing wore off quickly after using a couple of times. Product worked well but after two or three uses my logo started falling off.

The product looks good and price was right but customers complained that they melted in microwave under normal use. that's a little scary. They seem to perform fine in the freezer, no issues with that.

Easy site to navigate. First time visitor on your site. Only complaint is shipping charges are a little high.

These little backs were about what was expected. A few of the packs seemed to have beads that were already popped and therefore some packs seemed to be filled with more gel while others were robust with the beads.

They are exactly what I expected them to be. The purple is a pretty color and the white writing is a nice touch.

The logo is not huge, but we went with red on white and it pops nicely with the red seams on the ball. The seams actually have a little texture to them for a real feel. Fun, safe giveaway for kids.

Imprint area is smaller than appeared online. The balls had a good texture but expected the imprint to be bigger

so far things have been very smooth and the ability to use a coupon and get a code is a great benefit

Worked out just fine. I found out that it take one additional day to have anything shipped to Silverton Oregon. Over night equals 2 days. 2 Day Delivery equals 3 days and so on. so received this order the day before we needed it. So thank you again for helping with this last minute order. I will make sure that the next order will have more time allotted for production and shipment.
