Jackie was fast in sending out samples and following up to place my order.

Awesome experience! Mike Duenas was great! He made it super easy and we received our product really quickly! He had excellent follow up and follow through. We will definitely be using him again!

DJ & Veronica saved the day when AnyPromo's supplier cancelled my order due to low inventory. They expedited a far superior product, and it arrived two days before I needed the items for a work event. They are truly miracle workers, and have been so incredibly kind, communicative, and AMAZING!!! I've enjoyed working with Any Promo with past orders, and after this, I will only order and recommend AnyPromo to colleagues. Thank you, DJ and Veronica!!!

awesome! came quick, just as advertised. perfect form what we ordered it for. will be ordering more!

Alyssa Kleinpell was fantastic and our patients enjoy the bead ice packs.

Harim Gonzalez was nice and very helpful. I'm glad he assisted me

Patients LOVE them! Great for marketing!!

I want to say Taffy Smith was outstanding! She is truly representative of very good customer service. If all of your pricing specialists and reps are like her I will definitely be ordering again and will highly recommend for other events. I truly appreciate her patience in trying to find the right product for me that will meet my tight deadline. Please pass on my sincere thanks!

Briana and the teams at any promo are wonderful! Great customer service!

great customer service and quick delivery

Our items are awesome! The imprint is exactly what we had hoped and the colors are vibrant! We have several marketing events coming up and have ordered several of your items to help build our business while adding value to our clients lives!

Great products & great prices

super easy to use great low minimus

Vanessa is great very helpful!

Just as pictured. Got these as a giveaway for Ladies night out (for survivors). Got the pink and purple. Fast turnaround.

Meerah went above and beyond do help us out. Because of her, we will continue to be customers. :) thank you.

Was excited to get these but pretty disappointed in them on two factors. First they aren't as "full" of gel beads as I thought they would be and secondly they don't freeze like other gel bead ice packs I've used in the past.Great customer service from the company and quick turnaround time in receiving them.

These little ice packs are amazing! We love to hand them out to clients and our logo is printed perfectly.

The only thing that would make the process better is seeing my logo on the product before I check out. :)

Quick and easy and great prices!

Our families love these gel packs as a giveaway items. They were confused as to what they were at first, but it gave us a chance to interact with them more because they had questions.

I would have liked to be able to take advantage of a promotion being a new customer. The welcome code I was given was not applicable to my order. I also did not receive free shipping although I became a platinum member. I am very hopeful about this product for my local business here in Kansas City.

Always love shopping your site!

Great product, just wish the imprint could be larger on it for display! Freezes and refrigerates well.

Always a good experience

so easy and quick great choices thing I never thought of

Awesome and easy! Thank you!

So far all purchases have been good and no problems

Great product!

so far it's great

Absolutely love them! they work very well and our patients love them too. We got the clear and they look really nice, once frozen they look white and you're able to see the logo even better.

Good

Loved that they were all enclosed in their own plastic bag. The only thing I would maybe prefer is that the print space to be a little bigger, but still looks good.

Good quality and professional service. Had a few that did not print but was taken care of very quickly.

They are really cute and will be really useful. we are excited to hand them out. We chose blue with white logo and it looks really nice.

Just what I needed for my patients! love the color and printing on Packs. Fit nicely in freezer too. Convenient to give to our patients

This product is great! We were already giving out ice packs for dermatological surgeries and cosmetic procedures, now we can promote our practice as well!

Love them.. exactly what I wanted, will definitely order again. Was kept informed on Shipping information at all times. I appreciate that.

They are perfect! They stay cold forever and stay warm well! Couldn't complain about them at all! We will order more!

Perfect what I needed! It's exactly the right size, color and shape. Thank you! I just wish the type could be a little bit bigger but it's fine.

These are great! We had a group going out on tours on a hot day and this was a perfect item they could purchase to keep them cool.

Great product, fast turn around. I am very happy using any promo, I use them for everything I create for my business

I'm so happy I found these ice packs. So much better than the ones we used before. Patients absolutely love them!

Easy, professional, quick. Thanks for being a wonderful place to work with! My promo product has been very popular this weekend at a conference!

These do not work well at all. When frozen they loose color completely and looks frosty white inside. They are also not very "gely" and pretty rigid. I will need to order another kind of gel pack that is of a higher quality these completely lack quality.

Lots of good things to say about our AnyPromo expereince - easy ordering, quality product, great turnaround time, happy about the low minimum order. I wish that we had known how small the printing on the product would be - we would have changed our design to make the font larger and the logo smaller - the proof didn't have anything for scale, so it was hard to know what the actual product was going to look like. However, the items were well received at the trade show, though and we'll likely order again. thanks Rainbow - Asha Integrative Wellness - PDX, OR

The instructions are too small on the back side. My customers could not read them. I have ordered these before from another vendor and the font was much larger. I am not sure if i would order these again.

We thought we were receiving cloth on one side of the packs, but it was plastic on both sides, they still look great and we will continue to order these! The turn around time was great and the price was fair too!

We use these for our patients after filler injections (plastic surgery). They stay cold longer than ones we have used in the past. Plus, it is a reasonable cost, so we can use them freely. We will definitely purchase again.

very satisfied!

Exactly what I needed for patient comfort.

loved it

Efficient and professional communication, production and customer service. Excellent quality product.

For ordering personalized items online, everything was GREAT! Mario was our representative that worked with us through the whole order process. From the time our custom ice packs were ordered with our company logo to when they arrived, Mario kept us in the loop through the whole process including follow up emails and phone calls. We definitely will be using anypromo.com again and hope to work with Mario further.

We love the round hot/cold packs. There is ample space for our logo and/or a design, and the teal color is especially beautiful! We provide these to patients we see in our clinic, and they always bring a smile to our patients' faces.

They look awesome! What a great giveaway especially during summer months and before school starts.

Eva Andrade, was a great help in our ordering and processing. We got updates along the way and always new where we were in the process. She also followed up after we received to make sure that we were satisfied.

very cute! larger than I expected and wording larger than I expected love the dark green color

Roberto is always so helpful when it ocmes to any of my requests!

Very pleased with these for Advertisement! Thank You AnyPromo. Will surely be doing future business!

Second time ordering this product, great price, great product and excellent customer service. This is the second time I have ordered these for my small business.

The Hot/Cold packs serve our needs at our clinic very well. Customer Service is Excellent! Astrid Barillas went above and beyond to ensure our product arrived timely.

WE LOVE THESE gel packs and so do our clients!! GREAT little promo for giving away at sporting events, public events and school events!

We like it- the wording is clear. It's smaller than we thought, but over all seems great. We haven't used it yet, so we'll see how it lasts!

Great product

Everything looks great, and they were delivered in a timely fashion.

Helpful, responsive, affordable & reliable. Christian was a pleasure to work with. He made sure I got my swag, Cold/Hot pack, for an event I was sponsoring in time! Great product!

Our company ordered custom hot/cold bead packs recently ("Gel Beads Hot/Cold Pack Small Circle"). The printing came out crisp and beautiful! We are very pleased. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service from Roberto Polanco - from start to finish he ensured that the custom printing was set up correctly and followed up with us to ask if everything looked ok once delivered. 5 stars all around - we will definitely be using AnyPromo for our next order!

Great product! Customization was crisp and well-made. Thank you! We will certainly be using AnyPromo for our next order!

Wonderful company! Jeanette held my hand thru the process ideas ensuring I formatted everything perfectly!!! Will be using them in future orders!

Our hot/cold packs with customized label looks great and customer service was the best. The process was easy with no complications.

We order these gel packs for our Aesthetic practice several times a year. Patients love them! The color choices are a real plus

We have ordered this item multiple times and the quality is and personalized logo and perfect every time!

Roberto was very helpful and timely with his communication. We had to go back and forth to make many changes and he made sure that we received our items by our deadline. Thank you, Roberto!

Roberto provided excellent customer service, not once, but twice. I reordered about a year after our original large order and he was very helpful both times. Thank you! We’ll be back for future orders.

Great customer service

The website was very easy to work with and create my promo product. Our customer service rep, Victoria, was very responsive to questions and checking that we received our product.

Any Promo is our go-to place for customized products. We were so pleased with the customized ice packs, we had to order again! Product is high quality, shipping was quick and customer service was great! Our rep, Victoria, was very helpful and made sure our order processed smoothly.

Great customer service! Eva Andrade reached out several times to ensure our order was perfect. The professional and kind, wonderful part of your team! She was great!

These are really nice! They are a good quality and the printing turned out great! I would definitely recommend.

Roberto was great! Super helpful and very quick to respond.

Johana is always such a huge help making sure I get exactly what I need, in a timely fashion and at the best price. Thank you!!

Lorraine Biteranta was absolutely amazing! I had a very short window to get a promo order delivered and she went out of her way to ensure my order was prioritized. Then, when we ran into a speed bump because the item I originally ordered was not in stock, she replaced it free of charge with a nice alternative. I appreciate her exceptional customer service and would highly recommend working with her.

Prompt and quick service

Astrid was very helpful and easy to work with! The whole process was simple, and our company was able to get customized, quality products extremely quickly. Our deadline was the beginning of August, and we had our items in hand by the beginning of July! We will definitely work with them in the future.

As always, Riley Haynie and Paul got our order out quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Maria P Lebo Skin Care Center

I've worked with AnyPromo for years now and they always do a great job. Victoria delivers excellent customer service and always checks to make sure the transaction went smoothly.

Graphics look great! Very happy with my order! Color is exact to website and received quickly. The hands-on customer support is really top-notch as well.

Our patients love them! They are also a great, affordable marketing tool. We love that they can be used as ice packs or heating pads.

Great and kind customer service. Thanks @Roberto Polanco!

Not the normal color I order but will do until other restocked. I appreciate knowing when other would be restocked so I want left waiting with no idea of what to expect. Customer Service is always amazing with this company, quality products and really quick shipping.

The ordering process at AnyPromo is extremely easy and their prices are great!

Excellent Service and Product. Taylor was a great help

Very pleased with our purchase of the hot/cold packs! I highly recommend the purchase of this product

All good! Nice quality!!

Fantastic product and customer service- will purchase again. Communication with team exceeded expectations and very quick shipping.

Very happy with our order. The customer service and updates throughout production and shipping are stellar. Thanks to Eva and the whole team. Plan to purchase again soon!

Exactly what I needed and will order again. Shipping is fast and communication from company is great. The item color is exactly as it was in photo and size.

Best quality product along with the best customer service. This may be an on-line service but you get the best quality care and service as a walk-in store. Am so impressed. Our order was perfect! Thank you to everyone who supported our order.

The ordering process was quick and efficient and Erin was very helpful with designing our ice packs. Great quality, quick, turnaround...Highly recommend!

We ordered this product to reduce patient swelling and the instructions on each bead circle states it can not be kept frozen since it will freeze solid. Defeats the purpose for us. Description on the website states it could be kept in the freezer but the product states differently.

Product was discolored. Company requested to have order sent back to verify damage to replace after sending many pictures of bad product.

The quality and customer service were #1

Third order for these gel bead packs. These are great quality and I really appreciate the awesome customer service!

Fabiola Hernandez has been a pleasure to work with so far! She has been quick to respond to my emails and I trust she is knowledgeable about AnyPromo.com's products and services!

Excellent service from Dante.

This was our second order of the Gel Beads Hot/Cold Packs. We give them to families of young children and they are always a popular hit! Screen Printing is easy to read on all packs.

Exactly as expected, quick production and shipping, very happy with purchase. Definitely would buy again.

Great Service from the start to the end. The design we sent was on the product on point. We will reorder again.

This was fun item that we were donating to an area non-profit for their runner's bag for a 1/2 marathon! They are affordable and purposeful!

Good quality would buy these again for sure . Love the feel to them and so does everyone who sees them

The stress balls I ordered were exactly like pictured and the design I approved. I wish the words were a little bigger to cover the space of the ball. The balls also came in the time frame that was promised when ordered. Overall, I’m happy with my products!

The stress relief heart balls looked great! I highly doubt this company! Also Paola my representative was very kind and helpful.

Thank you Mario for helping me with my order! The red heart shaped stress relievers were great!

Great product! I love them!

AnyPromo is great to work with. Great customer service. They are fast to get the product out. The hearts turned out amazing

Jennifer was very helpful through the process. Just received our first order and our items were exactly what we wanted and the order arrived early!! Can't wait for our next order.

So far so good -- mostly intuitive, and the color ranges were good.

On time, within budget, and great quality! We were under a tight deadline but AnyPromo delivered. And Dante, our customer rep, was AWESOME!

Site is easy to use!

Great quality, logo printed perfect on it, and soft with just enough give for a stress ball! Would order these again.

These were perfect for give aways at my conference! I wish the logo was a bit bigger, but other than that, they were great!

I would have liked the logo a little bigger but they are cute and perfect for our event. We will order again

This is a re-order - they came in quickly and just as great as the last time. We are very pleased with the ease of re-ordering and accuracy of the order. Thank you!

Adorable and turn around was so fast! Love AnyPromo! Buy all of our marketing products from this company

We were very pleased with the final product. Our logo was exactly as we wanted and the texture/level of firmness was just right. They look better in person than in photo!

I love that this site offered heart shape stress relievers. The design is exactly what we wanted. Thank you

The process was easy, the customer service person assigned to my account was helpful and kept in touch with updates on the status of my order. Super customer service by Brenda!

Wow they are great and that was a fast delivery.

fast and reliable customer service! great products!!

Always a Great Product and Customer Service with Any Promo! We will definitely continue to order products from them for our schools!

The hand sanitizers turned out great and the smell ids great. This was our second order and I'm sure we'll be reordering again!

I had a concern about shipping and Fabiola helped me figure it out. Thank you Fabiola!

We had ordered hand sanitizer sprays through AnyPromo at the beginning of the year and just placed a reorder because they turned out so well. Rosa Martin was great to work with both times and I will continue to order through AnyPromo because of their great customer service.

They came out better than expected! I also like that our logo is printed on the actual bottle instead of it being printed on a sticker.

Anypromo is a great company to work with. They have printed numerous marketing materials for us and all have exceeded our expectations. When there was an issue, they worked promptly to get the issue corrected. Rosa Martin was a pleasure to work with on our last order, which included 4 different items. We will definitely purchase from them again.

We needed these promo items quickly and Eva Andrade made that happen for us. She communicated well and we recieved our product with 2 days spare! Thank you for your dedication to customer service Eva!

?

Easy to navigate and search for various items, as well as order creation. Looking forward to receiving the final products.

Printing looks fantastic.

Working with Rosa has been a great experience. Awesome Customer Service! Thank you.

Quick-easy-affordable. they are in real life still great looking and very cool.

I love them. Thanks so much! The only negative thing was my packing list show 499 sanitizers and I ordered 500. I was charged for 500 so I do not know what happened. My logo looks great and the colors are just what I wanted.

Rosa was outstanding with her help, professionalism and caring way. We host a memorial golf tournament in memory of my son each year and I now have found my supplier for our gifts for the golfers. I could not be happier with the service, quality and my salesperson! Looking forward to ordering more in the not to distant future.

Both the printing and the product turned out perfect. It was a very good product for the cost and we were trying to be economic A great find for its price! Our clients loved them.

Item was precisely as displayed. Great service! My logo design on this product came out extraordinary. Everything was so nice.

The item came out great!

Jazmin was very professional and very productive!

Perfect size and fast delivery. They are just the right size and the band aid dispenser is awesome! They are well made.

These pill boxes are the best! They hold a fare amount without being too bulky. AND they stay closed well...very important! I've reordered a number of times.

Wish the box itself couldve been bigger and the printing on the box was bigger. The consistency between boxes was good but a few had scratches on them.

LOVED IT !!! Much bigger than I expected, which is a good thing. Love the bandage slide out dispenser on the bottom. Our logo printed great on it. It is just perfect !!! Thank you so much !!!!

They came out like I expected

Always a professional and quality experience in the years I've been ordering from them. My little stress stars look great and it will be fun to hand them out.

This has become an annual staple for our promotional products - everyone loves it! Will buy again. :)

I am completely satisfied with the service and quality of both, the logo print and the product itself (Promotional star stress balls). Design process was very simple with prompt responses by Ms. Eva Andrade who was supporting me all along the way. I would highly recommend AnyPromo.com.

Easy to reorder!

Product was exactly what we wanted!! Arrived on time and customer service was very efficient! Thank you

Our most popular PR item at community events!

These are the perfect shape to get in between your fingers to really squeeze.

These are exactly what we wanted and delivered in plenty of time for the event these will be used for, thank you!

They are fantastic! The printing is great and they will be perfect for tossing at a target!

Love it! The pink is definitely bright - just what we wanted. The print area is a bit small, but the design team worked with us to make the best of it.

Overall, we were very pleased with the product we ordered. Only (very minor) stumbling blocks were in the communications - the sales staff really didn't know the product details (what color pink it was) and we finally resorted to calling the design person directly to properly explain what changes we wanted to make. But everything turned out fine - even the color! Not sure who the contact rep was or why we had one since we never dealt with them.

Love these. They're a great size. Easy to fit into pockets and bags. The smell is nice, nothing too strong. We will definitely order these again.

Well done and better than expected.

Love them! Oscar was very helpful and patient during the process. Great customer service:)

Akira was so helpful! When I couldn't find a product available in the timeframe we needed, Akira found exactly what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to explain to me the steps of the customization and promptly had a proof sent! Ordering what I needed for when I needed it went so smoothly with her help!

The product is high quality and at a good price point. Customer service is always good. Love the business card size antibac sprays.

It was easy to navigate through

Customer service was very helpful in Expediting my order. I love how the design turned out and will definitely be placing an order with them in the future.

Better logo than expected. Great turnaround time and exceptional service from Rosa.

Love this product. They are good giveaway. Will likely be ordering more when my supply runs out. After I saw the finished product, I was happy, and thus was my client!

Outstanding, durable quality. Printing looks fantastic. This item includes a large imprint area, which makes it super easy to personalize.

They looked nice and stuck well!

the products looked much better in real life. Thanks! Fantastic bottle, great quality and great price! Our guests LOVE these!

Every time a show comes around for our company we go no place else. AnyPromo is the best the price was good and the customer service Veronica gave was great. Extremely pleased using the item.

Excellent. Such as the color and imprint. Being able to receive a sample before placing my actual order was a plus for us. A lot better than I thought!

the product is a good value. Affordable and useful freebies for our loyal patrons

We decided to try out this item because we’ve never seen it before. It turned out that people were just as curious as we are the item was extremely popular.

We tried this item as a freebie for our camping store promotion and guess what?! It was a hit!

We are in an automotive industry and ordering this as promotional gift for an event last month was a terrific idea. My clients find it cool and valuable. Our logo turned out really nice.

Loved the product greatly. It was of outstanding quality, much better than expected. Rapidly done and incredibly good staff person to work with! This item is the best size for which we're using it for.

I run a resort in Hawaii and I used these for the keys to my cottages. the logo imprint area is HUGE!

the logo looked great. I liked the quality of the product. Good quality and nice turn around time. Thanks to the rep for assisting me with this order.

Coloration of logo. Color and graphics were perfect. Just what we were looking for and requested.

All of the instructors loved them. Anypromo shipped rapidly without any problems.

Incredible! The workmanship is nice and it is quite stylish.

This was a great product for our customers. They were all pleased to receive it.
