My experience during the ordering process through out the opportunity to review the proof; I had to contact the Rep more than once to convey I could not view the proof in the link that was forwarded to me for review. These gel packs stay cold for quite a while after being in the freezer. Have not tested the heat function of them. The babric on one side makes them very comfortable when using as a pain relief aid. The imprint looks nice and show up well (white print on dark blue gel pack).

They turned out great, even with the notes that suggested the image would lose detail.

I really appreciated the fact that a digital proof was sent to me to approve before the items went into production. I also loved the email updates that were sent to me throughout the whole process. The labels on the pens looked good. However, the quality of the cap is not the best. the caps come off without much effort which prevents users from taking advantage of the carabineer clip.

I love the wrap that the art department came up with and the product looks really nice. I wish it smelled better but overall I think it will be a big hit this summer up at Camp. I haven't seen how many pumps you get yet but it is a good size.

These have a great scent. The only small improvement would be the cap pops off easily so it falls in your purse but otherwise, a nice product.

The Band Aids aren't great. They fall off a little too easily for me but you can replace them with any regular to small band aid which is nice, it's a universal carrier, and it's very slim so it can stay in a purse or glove box without taking up a lot of room.

Hi, Thank you for asking about if this item meets our expectations. Visually yes, but we are getting a lot of feedback from the medical offices we are distributing them to, that the fragrance of the sanitizer smells like skunk, or that the aroma is not pleasant to many people. At first I thought it was funny, but then as I get more and more feedback from people, it seems to be a rather consistent negative impression that many people have.
