- After freezing, stays cold for up to 3 hours. If dropped, the item will not shatter or break. After microwaving 30 seconds, the item will stay warm for 90 minutes. satisfied :)
I love our order and am very satisfied. My only critique/ suggestion is the logo could be bigger to maximize the full size of the pack. the set up is a rectangle vs a square that could enlarge the purchased logo. I would have given product a five if the image was a little bigger. Either way I still love them, and can't to give to our patients.
