These are really great and fun giveaways, but unfortunately, they item itself is not very durable and most of them seemed to have some kind of issue, like broken leg or missing tire rubber. The printing on the side was perfect, but the product didn't hold up.

Hi, I don’t usually write reviews because I work a lot of hours and don’t have much time. However, I am taking the time to write this one. I am a small business owner and, therefore, interface with many companies when I need to order products. This company’s customer service deserves an A+! Akira and her team answered all of my questions, were prompt with my product creation & delivery, and, best of all kept me informed the whole way. Then, personally checked up with me to ask if I received my product and if I was pleased with it. Yes and Yes! I highly recommend this company for your promotional products!!!! Although our clients loved these, the knob on the top on quite a few of them needed to be re-glued. They were loose or coming out.

Just a bit confusing about how your logo will look. Would be great if you could upload it at the start and then play with it on the item to see if you want the item.

I like the fact that they are light weight. Some reviews have stated they thought quality of the towel was not optimal, but I would think a heavy terrycloth type of towel would be 'not cooling' & not easy to put around ones neck, etc.....thus we are very pleased with the type of material and product overall.

I was disappointed on the color. I thought the purple I was getting was a dark purple as in the photos. Unfortunately it is a light purple. I purchased this for 100 Graduating High School Seniors for our Senior trip in May. I purchased the purple because our School colors are dark purple and gold. Im just afraid the boys will not want to use this. Even in the proof emails the photo is of a darker purple.

They were fine. The quality looked a little lower than I was expecting but all in all they will work for what we need them for. Thanks Anypromo for helping us out with replacing this lost order!

You get what you pay for. The printing is great and was fine for giving away to our players and fans in the hot gyms but the towel is thin and not soft and nothing like the cooling towels I am used to. Would rather spend more for a better product with individual containers.

They don't "cool" down as name suggests. If you need a cheap towel it is a decent color and is a decent quality- but it isn't like the towels you see on TV.
