The chap stick arrived yesterday and they look SO good! They look even better than the proof and have the SPF clearly shown which is what I wanted but didn't place in my design. I was concerned about delivery as I could clearly smell the product even before opening and the box was super hot because it had been in the delivery truck in the hot Florida sun. I've run my hand through the box and looked at the bag and am pleased to report that everything is great! If any product melted it stayed in the tube which is best case scenario and gives me confidence to reorder when it's time. The internal product is firm but not hard and glides nicely. The flavor I selected (peppermint) has a nice strong scent when applied. I'm over the moon happy to include this in my swag bags and will be reordering!

The chapsticks were very nice and the labels were well liked. The scent is mild which probably is good for most people, even if I prefer a stronger smell. We ordered chocolate, strawberry, passion fruit and pina colada. I wish the chocolate has a more chocolate smell and it wasn't brown color as I expected. It would have been nice to have it colored. Overall, we are happy with the purchase and customer service was great and delivery was prompt, as promised.

We ordered the vanilla bean. It's not a very strong smell, but that's not a bad thing! It's very smooth, too, not nearly as waxy as Chapstick. This is our second order of these bags. We fill them with kitten supplies & give them to our kitten foster families. They will stand up to washing, you just have to be careful to cushion anything that might be sort of sharp (The corners of our metal litter pans will slice them open), and I discovered a determined cat can eat through one of them if he can smell food inside. But, that same cat will eat through a cardboard box, as well. He's just a jerk.

It's not the right color. It was shown as an aqua teal color on line, and is actually a dark teal in person.

logo printing was not as strong as I would have liked. The saturation of the ink was light compared to other's I've seen.

I have ordered several products including tote bags from your company and have only relied on the pictures on the website for color choices. They have always come up as pictured online except this time. Tote ordered is marked as burgundy and really almost looks like wine/merlot which is exactly the color we wanted. The actual tote bags were a horrible pale red color and the quality is not good. We are actually embarrassed to use them as a marketing tool.

It is a decent bag for the price. The burgundy color was not as dark as it appears on the computer screen (which is completely understandable), so we would have preferred darker. Also, the packaging was a tad flimsy, so there were holes in the box in several places when it arrived and part of bags poking through. But, the bags themselves were fine, except the top one was bunched up and too creased to actually use for our purposes. Again, all in all, good bag for the price. Wonderful customer service! Thanks!

These seem great. The imprint area is small but that is to be expected. The lip balm has a light smell but not overwhelming. Have already placed a larger order.

We have been ordering these pens for years. Hands down the best for writing and overall quality. Fun colors, but overall, they are useful and do not smudge when writing. I grab one of these over any of my other pen. The printing quality also comes out great!

Favorite swag pens ever! I have ordered these multiple times and for multiple organizations. The hybrid ink is quicker to dry (has less smearing) and the body of the pen feels like a G2.

I like that there is customer service assistance available, but when navigating through the website, once a customer clicks on a link for topic clarification or to see a sample, (which is nice to have), going back to the original order page is challenging as that page kept "disappearing" and I had to start the entire order process over 3 x before it finally took.
