The notebook and pen are great. The area for printing is also wonderful. The only issue is the notes are not very sticky. Otherwise, amazing!

Love the size, not to big and not too small. The first page is my favorite part, lots of great stickies to stay focused and on task! The cover is hard plastic so it won't get bent or wet if you throw it in your backpack! Great item!

Great pen for the price. I like the widebody pens better and this one tapers pretty thin in the middle but you can't beat the price. I've gotten the widebody pens from a couple places (the Bic and a knockoff) and have been having problems with the tip staying on and the spring shoots it off so it'll be the Javelin going forward.

I didn't expect personalized service, but they called me to offer a different, better pen for the same price because they were waiting for a shipment of the pens I originally ordered. Print was too small and I needed to add the address and phone number but since it was my first time out, I blew it. Learned a lot from this experience.

I ordered 500 customized sticky books, and the first set arrived in terrible condition - all scratched up, as if they’d been in the bottom of someone’s purse for a year! I thought I was stuck because our event was just a few days away by the time the items arrived. Fortunately, Fabiola Zamora was able to get her warehouse to reproduce and sent a new, undamaged set to me within 48 hours, free of additional charge. It was great customer service and I was really grateful to her!! She definitely made me willing to order from this company again, despite the poor first impression of their products!
