Accessory Pouch - Neoprene

I had some initial troubles with my order, but got great service from Alejandro who fixed it. It was taken care of super quickly, efficiently and friendly. I even got a partial refund of something I didn't expect. I can't wait to see the product.

Great to work with and fast! Good quality of product and the representative was helpful and easy to work with - replies quickly and efficiently.

easy

I was checking on an item that was currently out of stock and asked when it would be available. Juan C was right on it and found out the back in stock date. I asked him if I can pre order the quantity I needed, and he said most definitely and was able to take my whole order including sending in my logo through the chat conversation. He ended with the order number and was very appreciative of my business. I always get great customer service which keeps me coming back to you! Thank you!!

fast and easy

Great response and communication from Roberto. We loved our product.

Best service and quality that I seen for the 28 years that I have been in business!

I would have preferred being able to order a smaller quantity but understand that minimum order quantities have to be set for production efficiency. All of our products came exactly how we wanted them.

Very happy with the bag both look and quality. Looks very nice. It very much meets our needs and expectations

Our patients think they are great. Love the colors. Excellent served our purpose admirably and was well priced. Good!

Printing and quality. I am extremely happy with the product! And Rosa was awesome!

We love our little zip bags. The only tiny issue is that the ink had a small faded area on many of the bags, but not noticeable to most I think. Overall we a pleased and would use your company again if we needed more.

Very happy with the products. Your sales contact was very helpful and made an effort to follow through the order. Looked great and everyone was happy with it. I looked for this item at a lot of places and couldn't find what I wanted until I found your company on line. Thank you!

Appreciate your excellent service. We ordered them plain but they were very well received by the company employees who received them. Very good sturdy quality. this bag is well worth the price. It is roomy and made of durable fabric. It is sturdy with the plastic liner that keeps the bottom from caving in.

This is just what we needed. It's well priced, not too expensive. Great service. I agree with the above suggestions. We will order more product.

Item is an extreme value for that cost. I purchased this promotional item to give away at a baseball game. They appear wonderful!

Great product. Will definitely order again. These came as imagined - I was completely satisfied.

Why 5 stars? First, website was easy to navigate with many product options available. Second, customer support was excellent! Our dedicated customer support agent was with us from the start - through the placement of the order, coordination of the custom design, through shipment and delivery of the product. No calls or emails going unanswered for days while the customer wonders if/when they'll get their product before their deadline. Third and finally, the final product was exactly as ordered, no surprises or problems discovered upon delivery. Thanks, AnyPromo, we'll be back. Shout out to Victoria, who was super helpful.

From the very start, the response and follow up was awesome! The product description was spot on and did not disappoint. Johana answered all of my questions immediately and got the order started asap. Johana even followed up after the product arrived to make sure it arrived safely and that i was happy with the end result. Definitely will keep Johana in my contact file! :)

there are a lot of companies that can customize products for your business, and one of the best we found is AnyPromo.com. Nothing but great feedback from my client.

Attractive, the imprint was excellent! My guests were very happy to receive something they can use. Nothing but great feedback from my client.

The fabric is thinner than expected. I will order a sample before my next purchase.

The pouch was perfect. We filled it with "flight stuff" and people loved them.

These products are wonderful. We ordered them as a client gift and they turned out great, I'm now placing a second ordered.

I believe the product is a great buy. It had been simple to perform the search and select the colors and also the graphics that we had to choose were easy. Excellent item perfect for gifts.

It's the standard you anticipate! Exactly what I hoped for. Great color, Large imprint. An enormous hit within my group.

Appreciate you excellent assistance. These look beautiful. More sturdy which I thought it might be.

They are very handy. Easy to order it.

I continue to purchase these pens over and over for my clients! People expect branded pens to be cheap, poorly made, with poor ink quality. But these are well made, the ink is wonderful and smooth, and I have clients who routinely call me and ask me to send them more pens. From a marketing standpoint, this is fantastic. I'm associated with quality, with usefulness, and genuine support, and because they are using my branded product, I'm always top of mind.

The pens turned out absolutely AMAZING! Everyone LOVES these pens and our logo we uploaded is crystal clear and looks perfect! They sent us proofs of all items we ordered and helped us with the design on one. GREAT QUALITY AND SERVICE! I would 100% recommend AnyPromo to everyone!

Karen worked with us to make sure we love the printed logo on these pens; they are a customer favorite!

Very happy with the BIC Intensity Clic Gel Pen. It writes smoothly and feels great! I also like the variety of colors and the option of black or blue ink. You can't go wrong with ordering this pen!

Mario has been wonderful through the whole process

Any Promo has been great to work with! They were so helpful & patient in helping us design the right product for our marketing. Karen Guardado was fantastic! We will be ordering again.

Process was easy and product came in on time! Thanks!

The process was easy and the communication was great. The logo on the pens doesn't look as great as we hoped it would, but it is decent. The pens are great pens though!

Cart process is confusing Representative that assisted me was 5 star!!

Quick turnaround time and good quality products!

Helpful with options.

Logo looks fantastic!

Pen writes excellent, thick grip and quality gel ink. The logo was printed nicely.

Writes great, was delivered super fast and great service. The white plastic isn't as shiny/pearly colored as I hoped, but it's still great.

Just what I wanted. Everything is wonderful . Excellent no issues. Purple with neon green lettering.

They are perfect and exactly what I wanted! The pen writes great and the logo matches perfectly! Thank you so much!

My all time favorite pen! Customers ask me to bring them these pens, because they love them, too! I will order again!

These pens are exactly what I was looking for. They glide nicely and the imprint is printed very well.

I've looked at several, and yours is the most easy website on which to order these items, and provides print options several other sites I visited do not.

Just wanted to drop a note to thank you for the great product and quality work. The only thing better was the great customer service. I am new to this so getting the artwork set right was somewhat of a challenge to me. Eva B. was amazing to work with and helped me through the entire process. She contacted me when the item shipped and even after the product was delivered, she followed up to make sure we were happy with the results. Will definitely purchase here again and will try to get Eva to assist me again. Thank you, Jeff H

The customer service you receive at AnyPromo is Excellent. Even though my excellent Account Manager, Leslie Estrada is no longer with the AnyPromo Team, John Pierazek and the new Customer Care Rep, Vanessa Avila have been a pleasure to work with. Thank you for always meeting our deadlines.

They are a little pricey but a very nice pen. We have had several employees say that the pen has exploded on them though.

These pens are expensive, but they are excellent for writing, and their presentation is supremely attractive. They are a huge upgrade to my brand!

These pens write nice and are a very popular item. We order them in black and blue ink. We love them. Thank you.

These are nice pens to have at any trade show/conference. They write nice and are inexpensive. Thank you to Leslie for finding them and the speedy turnaround time.

This order was placed because our staff fell in love with these pens when we previously ordered them for an event. We all use them exclusively now. They are in every hand at our staff meetings. I don’t want to be dramatic but we are obsessed with these pens and will order and use them until the end of time. Nothing but compliments from all who are given one.

We bought these to give out to doctors and they are loving them! They are a great product and will be ordered again.

We are very pleased to get these in and our clients will love them, The ink is beautiful and smooth.

LOVE THESE!!! Our whole staff loves them and everyone we gave them to at a recent conference was raving about them. They have become daily writers for all of us. Couldn't say better things about the cost, speed, and quality.

WE LOVE THEM AND WILL BE ORDERING MORE IN THE FUTURE, WE GIVE THESE TO ALL OF OUR CLIENTS AND THEY HAVE TOLD US THAT THESE HAVE BEEN THE BEST PENS THEY HAVE EVER RECEIVED,

Pens are lovely, they look amazing and we can't wait to send these to our clients. They will love them,.

The pen works fine. We also like that it has a finer tip. The whole reason we ordered it is the auto retract when clipped onto the pocket, kind of like a new age pocket protector.

I love these pens! AnyPromo is very helpful and they print beautifully. I will definitely be using them in the future for my swag pen purchases.

Awesome pens!

Everyone loves these pens, but they run out of ink super quickly.

Our favorite Pens!

These pens are great. I've reordered them three times.

Pens write great.

The writing on the pen is a bit small. The point does not come out as far as I would like it when you are writing with it.

This company is great to work with. They are so reliable and their products are high quality at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and their merchandise.

Product turned out great and easy to order and quick turn around time.

Great product, happy customer.

Great products...we love the process, very easy and quick delivery.

Perfect size tote bags. Logo is nice and big!

Great, exactly what I was looking for!

The digital ordering process went fairly smoothly. Bags were received in the expected timeframe. Graphics were clear.

The non-woven tote bag - 8" x 10" This bag is the perfect size for our new patient welcome package! We love it

Exactly what we need! Riley Haynie is amazing! He answered every question I had and exceeded my expectations. I also have to thank Alfred from the graphics department for nailing our logo. I would recommend a thousand times! Thank you!

Alyssa was so very helpful and I had plenty of questions

So I called and a representative by the name of John answered..WOW! He was so helpful, I was floored. Walked me through everything and just was willing to guide me. A PLUS -- all that he said they would do, was done and in the time that he said it. This is what customer service looks like and I am so grateful that I called. Thank you again John and keep typing. :)

Great customer service . Excellent product. I love it. Will use them again for sure.

I was very pleased. Every person I dealt with was responsive and helpful. I truly appreciate them. Job well done. Beautiful product. I love it!

These were high quality. Great item. We ordered the turquoise bags and used our logo in all white. It really stood out, and anyone loved them.

Bag met all expectations. Printed graphics are clear and not blurry. Ordering process went smoothly.

Re-ordered this product again. We love it - it is the perfect size for distribution to our patients!

You guys are amazing. We have ordered this more than once and they are the best! I have even referred this item to several friends and they are all pleased.

It was the perfect size! The graphics came out awesome! I will definitely be re-ordering this item so I am glad it came out

Wish I could get them printed in more than one color but other than that they're great!!

We love these bags! Anypromo has been a pleasure to work with!

It's a very nice-looking and feeling pen. It has a better feel than our last pens and a better-quality feel. We will see how they hold up. The came quickly as well.

Great communication throughout the whole process! The pens came out perfect for my company! Thank you!

I was provided choices, when needing any information, I was provided clear accurate information. The price was fair, the shipping, delivery and follow through exceeded my expectations.

We absolutely LOVE these pens. Thank you for sending them so quickly. They write very smoothly and don't skip or clump.

We had a great experience ordering our promo items from Laura! Great communication and fast shipping! Thank you!

I wanted to change an order and Karen went above and beyond to assist. In little to no time, I had a new order placed without any hassles. It's people like this that keep me believing in great customer service. :)

The emerald green is beautiful and makes a white logo really shine. These are very attractive pens, with a nice, smooth ink flow.

It was what I expected but I wish I chose the white for the writing on the pen and not black (really my fault), white would have made it pop more. The service was great and ordering was very easy.

Easy to order ..

Very happy with the Javelin Stylus Pen. Nice color and the graphics were exactly as I asked for them. Customer Service was Excellent!

Taffy Smith was extremely helpful and professional. Being in Customer Service myself, I appreciate her friendly attitude and knowledge of the products. She made it so easy

I’ve ordered many items and have always been pleased however I was disappointed in the masks in my last order but Briana was very helpful in keeping me a happy customer! I will be back!

Decent pen for promotional give away items. Stylus rips after a bit of use but the pen works ok. Not flashy but ok

Exceptional customer service! We ordered pens for our company and after we received them we realized our website was misspelled. I reached out to customer service and they reprinted them for me at no additional charge. Thank you to Eva Andrade and the other team members who helped correct this issue with ease. We will definitely use AnyPromo again in the future!

Quick response to questions.

Thank you Rosa, the order is perfect. You had fast and easy ordering and great communication with me during the whole order.

Fabiola provided great customer service and answered all of the questions I had regarding sample items and the shipping costs associated with them. She was great over the phone and responded quickly to emails.

For the price point, you would have a hard time finding a better pen. Yes, it's cheap, plastic and not the studiest but it has a great metallic sheen giving it an appearance like a metal pen. Also has a functional stylus, makes a great give away for the hospitality industry.

Easy to shop and customize

NEED TO SEE THE RESULT...

Very nice pens. They were received on time as promised. These pens are awesome to write with and you can’t beat the price and quality.

easy to use website!!

Riley Haynie and The Graphics Department provided excellent customer service and product. Thank you!!! I will definitely order from AnyPromo again!

Service and selection of items is truly 5 stars. Rarely an issue and when there has been, it is resolved immediately to our complete satisfaction.

Ana has been working with me every step of the way to make sure all of the promo items not only look perfect, but arrive in time for our conference. Thanks again Ana!

The pens are perfect and we are very happy with the product. We will definitely purchase more in the future!

Everything has been pretty easy with step by step instructions.

Expected the blue metallic ink to show up better like it does on our other promo items. Disappointed and will change to regular ink next time for this item.

Disappointed that the online chat is not active. Also sent an email, with no response. Hopefully the order will be completed ontime

shipping is too high

Very uncomplicated process.

This was the first time using and I had a great experience. Riley Haynie - Customer Service Representative did an amazing job and was there every step of the way. He continued to communicate and follow through at each stage of the ordering/tracking/delivery process. I could not have asked for a better representative. Your team is fantastic! Thank you! Matthew B. Software Consultant Resaleworld.com

Good quality at a low cost. Printing looks great on it. The pen is a touch smaller, so it's good for small hands.

Love the pens and my patients love them too. Durable and dependable. Great service and fast delivery, good pricing.

Brianna was the bedt🤗. She followed up. Detail oriented and very kind.

Great site - easy to use.

Our client's LOVE these pens. After hours of searching for the lowest price point for Javelin Stylus pens, AnyPromo was hands down the cheapest. If you haven't used a Javelin Stylus pen, you dont know what you're missing. The logo came out great. I ordered the black pens and had our logo printed in gold. Looks great, but i just wish the "gold" actually looked more gold and less of a rusty orange. However, I knew before I placed the order that a more genuine gold was not available, and the proofs were an accurate representation of the final product.

No nonsense shopping. I like that!

Easy to order and upload documents, fast page loading and checkout.

Customer service was very easy to work with and very patient with all changes I made with pen inscription.

The pens are better than I expected, and I can't believe the price - thanks so much for your help and great service!

We are repeat customers of AnyPromo and this stylus pen - sleek looking, comfortable to use, the ink cartridge is top notch - no skipping or ink globs. We'll be back!!

Great as always!

Good service, only issue was they were out of the color for the imprint on my order, had to change to different color. Quality pens, fast service.

Love the pens! Our logo looks great and the pens write beautifully! I would highly recommend this product.

It's a re-order for us. Perfect give-away for trade shows, sales calls, and the staff loves them! Nice looking and a great smooth writing cartridge

This is my favorite pen. HUB was giving these away at an ASI or NBM Show a couple years ago and I loved it so much that we have steered all of our customers to the 331 Javalina ever since. We typically buy from HUB and this is our first experience with AnyPromo.

Exactly what we wanted. We ordered this from another vendor but AnyPromo offered it at a better price. The colors of the pens are so vibrant and the quality is great!

Love it! Colors are perfect. Life the way they write

Great items received super fast!

Great pen and writes well!

Pen are wonderful and as expected!

Overall good experience

Happy Customer!

Johana and team were extremely responsive and made the process very easy. All of our orders have arrived on time and the printing quality is excellent. We will continue to place orders for our college recreation events here! We love the variety of products and the process for ordering has been excellent in comparison to other vendors!

Great pen. I love the soft touch. And it writes smoothly. Great service. Would definitely order again.

Customer service, Victoria, was very helpful. My order was processed quickly and the end product was just as nice as I expected.

We were looking for affordable pens that we could add our logo to. Edgardo at AnyPromo was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions, along with efficient follow-up after we received the pens to make sure we received them to our satisfaction. Additional bonus is that the writing quality of the pens is great!!

Pens and printing look and write great! I was sad when a previous pen was discontinued but these write so much better,

Roberto was excellent in ensuring our large order of pens arrived before the conference we were attending. The pens turned out so great and we are very pleased with the final product!

Pens look great - thanks! Exactly what we needed. Easy to design and order and quick shipment. Will use your site again.

Calvin Hagen was very helpful and thorough and you could tell that he really cared about the company and overall customer experience.

Love you guys! Such an easy process.

I found AnyPromo through a Google search and landed on a great provider! AnyPromo was able to create our product, make changes as we requested, and still had our product in hand quickly! The customer service is the best I've seen in a long time. Roberto was professional, pleasant timely and thorough. He made the process enjoyable!

We ordered the Sleek Write Rubberized Pens with our non-profit name on them and they are great. They write really nice and the customization was better (larger) than I anticipated - so was very pleased! Customer Service Rep Victoria Alanis communicated with us on the order all the way through the process. It's really nice to have good customer service ~ thanks Victoria and Anypromo!

Eva Andrade was the customer service representative for both orders. We ordered cups and pens. She emailed us with updates and was available throughout the process. The cups and pens are great quality. With the winning combination of Eva and AnyPromo, we plan to keep doing business with them.

The item we originally wanted was out of stock. Fortunately, Robert Stockling was able to find us a comparable item that would arrive before our deadline. We appreciate his help and ability to resolve our problem quickly.

Great Service!

it seems good so far

Great feel and shape, also writes well. It's a clean and smooth line, but requires a firmer press than a gel pen would. The solid color gives a very clean look.

Great company, great product and printing. Friendly, capable customer service. When I called to ask a question, the person I needed to talk to answered..no press 1, press 2 nonsense. Even the web chat was helpful. Quick shipping. Great follow up service received from Dante. I highly recommend. Will use again when we need to reorder.

Nice website design.

All my nurses just love these pens. They write so dark and smooth. I just wish you could choose more than one color at a time.

She is very professional. I am also very impressed with the product I ordered and the time it took.

Product was of excellent quality and most met my expectations. Rush shipping cost was high and not clearly communicated. this specially priced product permitted me to make an advertising purchase at a time when I would not otherwise have been able to affo

Arrived very quickly. We love these! They are nice and everything we expected. Everybody LOVES them! And the price just can't be beat!

that it is nicer than expected! The printing was high quality and turned out well. My representative was really kind and helpful.

Logo looks great. Love the load and feel within the hands very comfortable.... The imprint looks great.

Feel great and write super well!

Logo Quality very good. No real complaints. price and quality...ya'll r the best

Loved the product alot. Sturdy and nice looking. I ought to have purchased more.

Our sales Rep was very good and on top of things. All products were satisfactory.

It was exactly what I expected to receive. Great giveaway during our open house.

These products are wonderful quality specifically for the cost. I would highly recommend!

As ALWAYS on point!! Thank you for the quality products over the years and AMAZING customer service!!!!!!

Not the best quality. Received other 4oz cotton samples from other companies but this one arrived way thinner than expected and a lot of thread hanging off.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Communication via email was prompt. Product preview was a bit off setting, but when the product arrived, the logo print was a bit bigger than we saw it on the preview. Which is great! Greatly appreciated for their services.

Great response time

The printing was great along with the turnaround. The bag itself was a little thinned material than expected but will serve the purpose.

The ordering process was quick and very clear!

Very pleased with bags and perfect as giveaways for our Grand Opening

Mario was extremely helpful with my order - thank you!

Everything looks good. The canvas fabric was a little but lighter weight than I expected but it will work fine.

JOHANA did an amazing job. It was so easy to order from you all! Thank you!

We use them for our Move-in packages to new tenants, they are thinner than anticipated, but the handles are a lovely length.

Kudos to Carlos Marroquin and Denys for being so patient with me. Carlos deserves a promotion and a raise, he is a very professional and patient employee, Carlos went out of his way to find me the exact picture I wanted with high resolution to ensure a clear and professional picture. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. Maria Verna

Product arrived quickly and accurate. Ordering was easy and Roberto was a pleasure to work with! Thanks for such great service. We will defintely come back to Any Promo for our future needs!

I ordered canvas bags from Victoria Alanis and she was very courteous and prompt with her replies to my queries. She helped me get a better price on the product I wanted.

The print quality is really nice. I was hoping for a thicker material, it is quite thin and weak, but overall I am happy with the purchase for what we are using it for.

Very please with these tote bags and Anypromo. Bags are good quality, the graphics came out great and the turn around time was excellent

Website is easy to use and prices are good.

Website is easy to navigate.

Riley and the Graphics Department made the whole process very smooth. I've always been pleased with my AnyPromo products, and they are my "go to" company for any promotional items we need at Flying Fur!

The tote bag looks nice, but the handle is too long, I wish it was 5 inches shorter. Akira was very helpful in keeping me updated on the order status. Thanks!

Timely and courteous as usual. The white on the black back is solid, not thin like you get from other places.

great site. easy to use

Great bags! Great quality! Exactly what we were looking for. We received the order just in time and the customer service here is top notch.

We continue to order products from AnyPromo because the have the best variety for the best prices always. Meera made sure we were satisfied with our products and goes above and beyond to communicate with us over any concerns. Thanks AnyPromo! You have a customer for life from us!

Beautifully printed on a sturdy canvas bag - they even matched our custom brand color perfectly! Will be shopping with AnyPromo again.

At first I was disappointed that we didn’t have enough time for a 3-color print but it looks fabulous in one color (black). It’s a perfect bag for what we wanted. Perfect size and lightweight.

The bag is much thinner than I expected. But they did a great job with the logo and the color is vibrant.

It's cotton, and is in good shape when it arrives. A little smaller and thinner than I thought it would be, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The customer service people have been very responsive if I've had questions.

These were fantastic and worked great as Welcome Bags for the wedding I planned this past weekend! AnyPromo was a great help in designing and getting these shipped out right away!

The bags look nice but the fabric is very thin. I guess that is to be expected for the price. Overall, satisfied.

The price was affordable for what we needed and the bright royal blue was great! This was so much better than using plastic bags, especially since they are reusable.

We always enjoy our promo totes from AnyPromo and the customers love them!

These are not canvas, they are a very thin fabric, very cheap. .....

Turned out great! The bag was medium quality but the logo really did make it overall a lot better.

Bag is well constructed, but narrow

The material was to weak or flimsy. But the artwork and the service ANYPROMO has provided has been exceptional!!!

Great Prices, quick shipping, great customer service!

Our bags came in quickly and they look great! We can't wait to fill them for guests to enjoy during our wedding weekend!

The artwork and the screen printing are superb. Great job, AnyPromo. However, that is what bumps this up from 2 stars to 3. "Cotton Canvas" is a term of art, and a certain weight and density is inherent in the term. These bags are cotton, and woven, but they are not canvas. The fabric is so thin, that holding the double-layer of a bag up to the light, you can see right through it. Only order this bag if it is not intended to carry any weight. Once again, great artwork and screen printing, but the description of this bag should be "Lightweight Cotton...Tote"

Looks great! Turned out perfectly.

material is very thin. bags don't seem durable at all.
